Hotel Palm Grove

Rooms are well maintained.service is topnotch at affordable price. Owner is very good-natured man.loved it.

The place was pathetic. Full of mosquitoes. No anti mosquito measures provided even on demand. Linen and blankets were dirty and foul smelling. Exhaust of bathroom opened inside the room and stink was present throughout. Food was served in vehicle entrance with no hand washing facility. No hot water provided after in the afternoon or at night. Highly NOT recommended

Spider webs in the room, cockroaches and mosquitos for the company. Over priced for the place. Never ever book it.

Overpriced, and the very bad thing is.bathroom ventilation is linked to bedroom, so will get the badsmell every time in the room

Frankly speaking I had the worst experience in my life in this palm grove. I would suggest just ban going to this hotel. Totally worst quality of food was served. The service staff has a third class attitude.only Place is good to see. They say wordings (Nam bady or darshan kotey). Please don't ever visit this place and waste ur valuable time & money & also peace of mind.

Looks good, food is worst and never order biryani from here, I repeat never. It is not even cooked

Worst room ever
Very bad experience. I booked AC room in online services but no AC rooms available.
We got non AC room. In which the fan was useless.
Murudeshwar is a very humid place.
As soon as I entered the room, the bathroom taps were leaking. It was so hot inside the room even though we switched on the fan.
Extra bedding was also not comfortable.
It was a very lame experience in this hotel.

The worst guest service I have ever experience in my life, staff's are very arrogant to the guest after the payment is done

Worst food. The rice was too big hard to chew.
Don't order biriyani, they just give you white rice. Waste of money

Rotten/ smelly rubber chicken. White rice is served as briyani. Good luck if you'd like to try!

Pls don't take room in this room worst place to stay full of mosquito and those who having kids pls don't ever think to book room in this hotel food more worst than that and bedsheets are full of mosquito blood chk the attacj d PTO for same price u will get AC room but he took 2 k from us and not even a water bottle no mirror in room wash room vent glass is broken he showed one room before booking after paying the amount he given another room
