HOTEL PRINCE PALACE

Hotel prince palace was not really nice, room service was worst. In 2 rooms rest rooms were not clean. In one room the floor mats were wet when we entered the room itself and food also not nice in that stay.

I called them and confirmed about visiting the next day and when i visited owner was not there and house-keeping guy asked to wait for 10 minutes and after more than 25 minutes owner came and said rooms are not available. I told that i called you people yesterday and you said that rooms are available. But still they are telling no rooms are available. I know every hotel runs on a first come first serve basis but you might have asked me to book the room previous day itself, this is not the way you deal with the customers, felt like never visiting that hotel again.

Doesn't have car parking. Reception is in first floor.

So, the only goo thing about this place is that it is close to the metro and wonderla (wonderla is like i believe 3-4 km away from there)

so bad stuff: well everything else our bathrooms were dirty, shower was broken, the place looked so shady especially the like top floors. Our sheets had lil brown stains on them and when we asked about it they had the audacity to lie to us and tell that was the washing powder stain. Also our bathroom flush wasn't working well. Worst part ever: OUR BATHROOM HAD A USED SANITARY PAD INSIDE! Never come here pls

It's is wonderful room and most useful things in the rooms. Very good try it in the price palace.

I had to attend an exam next morning so i recently visited this hotel for a night stay, it was clean room and peaceful stay

Hotel staff is very rude. Not very fit for families. Only location is good. Remember 2-3 hours late check-out also needs entire day rent. Negotiating is not an option and you will hear extremely rude talking. No bills are also given. Will not recommend

Beds bedsheets blanket pillow all are stinking, everywhere there are hair. Cockroaches are roaming around the bed.

The room which I stayed in was of some average standard (okayish) but what was highly disappointing was the hygiene
There were bedbugs in the pillows and mattress which bit me and left my body full of acne and rashes
Also there is no option for any entertainment, there is a TV which is basically a showpiece without any subscription to channels (if they have to show off about a TV being in the room they are offering then at least there should be some channels subscribed)
Also the food service they provide is not so great

PAID REVIEWERS ALERT! None of thr reviews are real. The worst hotel I have ever stayed in. I slept on the floor on a blanket I bought from outside. Blanket and bedsheets and pillows have cum stains and blood stains. They refused to change. I booked with breakfast and they didn't provide any. NOT FAMILY FRIENDLY. No water bottle provided. Taps leaking. AC is rattling. I saw 4 rooms and they are all the same. My fate I had to pass through this horror. I will post videos and pictures later.

Rooms of all sizes are available. Single, double and family rooms and all spacious. Location is a big plus as it is conveniently situated the highway.

There is no restaurant so one has to either order food from outside or go out and eat.

Recommended for an overnight or very short stay.

Rooms were deluxe, you get WiFi, bathing soap and shampoo. Good lightnings, lift also available. But the location is just beside highway so bit of noise

Room overlooking the main road, constant noise from vehicles passing by and metro. Nothing good about it.

The rooms are neat and well maintained. Wifi and geyser facility is available. But what stood out was the quality of service provided by the staff. Throughout our stay, they took care of us like we were their family. You just need to ask them, they'll get things done.

Worst experience, don't trust any reviews, most are recommendations, owner was arrogant and demanded extra amount for few hours late check-out (3 hours), they didn't even inform us about the extra changes in advance.
Room was stinking, no towel provided, tap was broken.

The place is really good and comfortable at affordable price. And the view from this room is really great.

I have stays there for three day with my family. It is safe and hygiene to stay but don't expect hotel like facilities.

Very nice stay. The manager was very helpful and allowed us to check-in and check-out late as we faced some delays during our trip. He was very accommodating and welcoming. Called us personally to make sure that our stay was fine even after his working hours.
Thank you so much for making our stay a pleasant one. Will stay here again for sure.

I saw the reviews and booked for one night. It's not worth it. They don't provide the basic services like towels, electric kettle. Room looks good and spacious but we felt they don't change the linen regularly.

At the end they just requested for a good review. That's what they do with all customers may be, reason behind good review.

Could've done better for the money they charged to just let us wash and change.an hour at most.
