Bathroom is not well maintained, no mirror bucket and mug is old, bedsheets are not washed but to sleep one night is ok ok

Horrible rude localite owner … Never go for this hotel online or offline booking. I wasted my 2 hours in contacting Oyo, Goibibo and this hotel as they would deny checking to you in last minute and ask for more money. Very bad experience for first time in my life. Pls don’t even try to book it with them. Most of ppl booked online faces same issues and were standing clueless there

This hotel in Coorg is just so pathetic,
we booked it from Goibibo on 28th December 2022 with checkout 229th December 2022
and upon reaching there, the receptionist denied check-in outright,
upon consulting Goibibo we got the owner there on the property and while we were on call with Goibibo and oyo,
the owner said ok yes we’ll give the check-in
As soon as we disconnected the call he again refused the check-in
And said we do not care about the booking online, go do whatever you want
Such pathetic behaviour and scamster kind of an attitude,
Please be aware of the circumstances and do not book this hotel
The same was happening to about 3 other guests who came and had to go back
because they gave it to other guests who they have charged more money from

The hotel is not at all good as it’s not Hotel first of all. This is residential building converted into Hotel. The linens and pillows are so dirty that you will vomit by looking at it. The room provided is not running with AC and TV but while booking it was mentioned it. The bathroom is so small that after opening door it was touching to the opposite wall. Wash basin connection was broken. This room was booked for 3 days with the cost of 7,500/- which is not worth for 1K also. We ended to check-out after 1st day itself. Not recommending this hotel to my enemy also.

The rooms are good. There's free WiFi. The Coorg bus stand is nearby. It is in a very peaceful neighbourhood, but close to the highway. You can walk around all you want. The receptionist is very well mannered. Helped us with all our needs.

Average. Not so spacious room only 3 can stay in a room and cost is too high 1500 rs for 24hrs. Feels too high. But 24hrs hot water facility available thts the only benefit. And no food or breakfast is available.

My room dint have a washbasin to brush or wash my face, the toilet was very small and narrow
Service is good, ac was making noise, TV channels wer not working
Not suitable much for family and children since rooms are small

Very Bad, Very Small Rooms and not a good place to say. Disliked it. I also have some privacy concerns

Hotel stay here is good but costly for service provided. Better to get food items such as breakfast, snacks on your own. They provide breakfast for some people based on negotiation while booking the stay. Nothing much to see from the room balcony.

Good hotel within the budget. However, there is no lift and there will be frequent power problem.

Rooms and attached bath is too small u won't even able to stand properly. Don't even think about coming to this hotel u would regret it

It was a good and decent place to stay with somewhat great facilities. But the place is difficult to spot

Its not exactly in the middle of the city.it takes around 15- 20 mins to go the palace.the environment is pretty good.

Rooms not as good as expected. Breakfast options are very limited. Rates are acceptable. Cheapest OYO available.

Rooms are good, but there is shortage of staff. Also there is no power backup. Some of the washroom doors doesn't have lock inside them
