The room is not clean and there is bad smell in the room and the friendly staff does not respond properly and also charges more for the room.

Worst room I have seen don't try to go there worst and worst so please dont gooo.rooms are like slums so please dont goo.totally waste of money.

The rooms and bed are in worst condition no hygiene and even the staff service is very bad

Very terrible experience, not worth for money, they are charging 1200 for a non a/c room, but they are providing the room without basic hygienic measures.the room was full of dust even cot head board, toilet also very unhygienic. If you are charging this much amount for one night, please do atleast proper sweeping.

It's a lodge. The night manager was very helpful. Hotel needs to be maintained in beeter way

The rooms were decent. The toilet was leaking. I just needed a room to change. It was decent for a day!

Pros: 1.cheap around 500 for a night
2. They provide a towel and soap as extras
3. They provide hot water from 7am to 10 am
Cons
1.cleanliness not very good
2.bedsheets and pillow covers are stained
3.bathroom not very clean
4.very old lift not operable some times
Summary: ok ok place to freshen up

I had been here for a night and really had a good experience. The rooms of the hotel were good as compared to the price. Best thing was the cleanliness was maintained here. Staff was friendly and gave good service.

Great rooms with great ambience well mained washrooms as well as room service there is no restaurant but surrounding has many good ones as well. It's 5 minutes away from main bus stand and 15 minutes from Airport.

Stayed for 8 days in single room no 201 (1-9Dec18). They clean your room/washroom in your absence even if room Key is carried with you. Everything GOOD but last day found my 3 newly used brief (चड्ढी undergarment), which was spread in room for drying was MISSING. Told the Manager (Mr. Mahendra). He denied any such possibility and came to my room, we searched all around within room/washroom, NOT FOUND. But, same day he sent 1out of 3 through my friend, who checked out after few hours. If undergarment is stolen, room service might peep into your un-locked luggage even. BIG DRAWBACK. When called the Manager about another 2 missing undergarment, response was NOT LIKED BY ME.
Advice: If you check-in there, ensure all belongings kept locked and keep track of items left left out in the room in your absence. Rest everything was outstanding.

Located at Close to RTO office at Belgaum, this Hotel is very convenient for travelers.

I had booked a single bed room for couple of days. At RS 500 (Oct 2018), the room was ok, though it was very small. As most of time was spent outside, I did bother about it.
They have larger rooms too.
Room was clean enough with functional amenities, bathroom ok, but to my surprise there were no hooks or bar to hang your clothes while taking bath.
Recommend check the room first before booking, the receptionist does offer you to show the room prior to booking.
But overall it's still a good choice for budget accommodation.
