Hotel Renuka

One of well known researcher& prof. Visited belgaum & asked me to suggest a lodge.i insisted her to book a room in renuka initially she had no problm but after checkout she got calls from staff member/manager. As bedsheet had a small stain mark due to her health issue.although she apologized for the same n aggreed to either pay or replace the same with new one on her next visit.but the rude guy denied and spoke very rudely with the lady and said he wont even allow her in the hotel next time.she said it was her worst experience n would never ever enter in that hotel again.very rude staff.she would like to speak to higher authority or owner.he should have some manners & demeanour while speaking to a lady.he could have dealt with this issue in more efficient way

This restaurant was awesome once upon a time. It has lost it's touch now. Service is horrible. Food is not at all good considering the amount one pays. Their Paneer tikka is such a good joke.
You will be frustrated after eating here.

Service was very slow. Only one waiter was there for whole family room. Whenever we place order it arrives nearly after half an hour.

Rooms were not clean, seemed like bedsheet were not changed, torn blanket and curtains and TV was not working.not suitable for stay

Overall the place is good but the only thing that I wish to change is that food quality needs to improve.

Hotel is OK but the view is too scary kids wer too scared f surrounding so didn't pick the hotel

Worst Restaurant.service and the cleanliness was so poor.they don't have Restrooms. Price is too high.
