We Stayed in Hotel Rock Regency Torangallu in the Month of Jan 2ndweek-24, Warm Welcome by Miss Alfiya & Made our Check in Smooth, She Speaks Fluent very professional & Thanks for The Good Hospitality Services From Reception Team & Food & Room Cleaning was another appreciation and Food is Very Delicious and Over All Excellent Services, I Like to Visit again.

We group of people went for dinner.staff and manager behaviours is worst.rude.
No respect to customers.
Boycott.

Such a worst experience when I have stayed there. They are looting in the name of the package it means that food and room rent will be included in one bill. So be careful while making a bill please ask them for a draft copy of bill

Finally, this hotel is earning on demand due to nearby industries without offering good hospitality. Otherwise no one stay in this high tariff with respect to location. Hotel food also not good and hygiene, you will get digestion issues for sure. Complementary water also poor quality.

Better to stay in some other hotel in Toranagallu to save your money or simply stay in Bellary if personal transportation available.

Worst experience ever! Rude and disrespectful behaviour from the Reception, rooms are ok but I don’t recommend this hotel due staff behaviour and how much importance they give to their guests.

I had bad experience. TV was not working and even after multiple complaints they are least bother to fix ths issue. I asked for water bottle but told me 1 ltr is only allowed. Its very cheap trick. Even not bother if I am ready to pay for it. They took wrong food order and arguing that its my mistake which is pathetic. Only good thing about this hotel is its right on the highway.

Food was awesome.
Best till now we had in toranagallu better than all other restaurants within JSW township. Quantity also sufficient enough and ample of parking there. Service was good and staff were polite and supportive.

Rooms are large, very well kept. Good place to stay. Note it is 30 kms away from Himpi and road at this time is not in best condition.

Rooms are damp and smelly. The room wasn't done up on arrival. Bar is active. Staff is just about ok as they have good footfall as this is the only hotel with this kind of space around.

Hotel is very good.within budget too. Food at the bar and resto is genuine both taste and cost wise.service is good and staff are polite and friendly.

Food taste is reasonably good. Most of the cook and servers are Bengalis. But service is not good. There are many servers in hotel but they service not so good. Price of food is slightly high.

Good, but responsiveness of some serving persons in bar and restaurant is tooo bad, they seem, they dont about how to behave with customers.

This hotel is having a great opportunity to develop. This is popular because it is a mid-range stay for people coming for business.

Limited TV channels for non south Indian public.
Overall okay hotel for short stay.

This is the only ok type hotel in torangallu with restaurent but its not cheap if you are looking for cheap prices there you can book online too there is also in front of gate shopping mall which is under hotel it is much effective and useful!

Nice location. Beautiful architecture building. Having Bar and restaurant.
The quality of foods are OK and the management is changed now and having changed rules.

Nice place to stay. Facilities wise it's a good place. The restaurant is great and the food served was very nice.
However some things need definite improvement.first some of the restaurant staff were not polite enough, they did service as a forced service and were not that supportive.
Some infrastructure like the plumbing in the bath room needed upgrade. The tap was so tight it was just impossible to operate.
The ac in the old building is ancient to say the least. It sounded as if an aircraft was taking off right next to your head. To top it it had to be manually operated.imagine operating ac by hand in this age
The remote was not working even after changing batteries and ended up operating tv also manually.

Had been for lunch. South Indian Meals - on the spicier side. Clean. Well maintained. Decent staff. A bit costly.

Very unprofessional and irresponsible with their billing ideas. No respect and committment with customers. Monopoly player.

Very dirty place. Room was not clean. Hand towel is too nasty some one used very badly and then put in same place to reuse. I asked to reception but they did not change. Curtains are very dirty and smelly. Their restaurant also not clean.

Over all I would not recommend to anyone to stay

Good place and nice ambience.food was really delicious.the good thing is you can find everything you wan inside the hotel only and in regionable price.yes food service was little late but very delicious.

Mutton ghee roast they served was cooked in Dalda Ghee.hehehe.after 10 minutes it seemed like to have dalda but not the mutton.

Anyway this is the best place to sit if you visit JSW, nearby area, Epsilon, and other area of Torangallu.it's useless to search the best eating hubs when u r here

Iam regular customer for this restaurant. The quality getting poor and bad. The worst restaurant. I wanted to give 0 stars. Food is much worse. Everyone left their plates half eaten. This restaurant only surviving because there is no other restaurant in that village.

This hotel is not in Hampi. Pls be informed clearly. It's around 22 km from hampi or 33 km from Hospet. It's at Thornagallu. This place is where jindal steel plant has been established.
Hotel is maintained well. Price is very reasonable. Prior booking is required. Sometimes it goes full.

Hotel located in main place. If you Book through private sites like MakeMyTrip, Cleartrip etc, they will charge extra amount for early check-in. Near to JSW old gate. Restaurant cum bar, super market is available in this hotel compound.

Only good stay option in Toranagallu. Room spacious and tidy. Appreciated variety in the breakfast spread along with awesome taste.

We had stay of 2 days. The rooms were very clean and ambience is good. We had dripping taps in the restroom and the rooms are not to the latest types. The breakfast was good and restaurants are good. There is good parking space and is covered with greenary which is best part of the hotel. Staff are friendly and the places are feasible from the hotel.

Whole place is designed with rocks.including the tables and seating.very peaceful place.
U can enjoy with your family and friends.
At night it will be awesome.

Attitude of all the persons is very very bad. Do not loose your dignity by visiting here. Not eligible also to be given 01 star rating.

Good option for marketing executive and service guys who has work in JSW. It's very convenient option as it's near to the plant and hotel is very nice and maintain well.food was okay. Cleanness is maintained very well. Auto/taxi is available for plant visit.

The most hopeless service provided by the staff at the reception. The concluded bill had doubled the expectation. And even though we had paid the bill we weren’t getting the service.

Had experienced the luxurious e executive stay. Staffs are very co operative and helpful. The best stay in the locality after Hyatt.

Awesome food available in. TORANAGALLU. Special chicken Freid Rice a must try.

Ask for Seeni the steward, one for the best and fastest service.

A must visit place for food lovers

Food quality is good, environment of inside of the hotel like sitting arrangement also very nice but employees are very aggressive like manager, service peole. They are not profesional. They did'nt know how to behave with customer specially regular custmr.

This is hotel is good. Both the stay and food is decent. The only drawback is that it is pretty far from the main Hampi temple ruins. You will be tired of walking the whole day watching the temple ruins and then a long drive back to the hotel can be little annoying.

Decent hotel to stay for a business trip to Jindal. Chicken Biryani is good for dinner after having your visit to Jindal.

Very Good Hotel.
I stayed at this place for a couple of days. I found the hotel to tick all the right boxes.
The rooms are specious.
Toilets are clean.
The lobbies are clean and well maintained.
The pricing for the rooms can be termed as 'value for money'.

There are few negative points also, which are important to be noted, but in spite of the negatives, the hotel still scores a definite 4 from me.

The negatives are,
Hot water takes too much time to come.
Food is of acceptable quality (not great) but the service is poor.
The ventilation ducts (to carry the exhausted air) seem to be placed incorrectly. If someone is smoking in the next room, the smoke enters through your bathroom also.
WiFi range is poor.
