Worst staff and service, they dont speak kannada and and have no respect to the language. The worst behavior I have ever seen. Will never recommend anyone to go there.

Rooms seems great when we book.but not that great.roof was leaking due to rains.its okiesh Is what I can say

I literally can't give atleast 1 star for the hotel. It's worst experience. No cleaned rooms

Whoever saying it's a good hotel to stay is a big lie, me and my family stayed there for 3 days and we had the worst experience here with arrogant staff, small rooms, non functional ac's, worst service, not cleaning up the room and many more.
So i would suggest go for something else but not this one plz if u want to save your hard earned money. Its a nightmare.

Rude staff, they do not respect anyone from other communities, Mallu manager there don't care of any guest complaints about staff, he can't control the staff there due to his language barrier and so he ignore guests complaining. One house keeping person is good, except night shift reception people are criminals, make sure documents are not handed over to him, Horrible stay there

Dont come to ths hotel, if you get free of charge also, bad receptionst and bad room, also charging extra

No car parking, weird. For the cost they charge, it is not acceptable there is no parking. Hotel people asked me to park in a road side and ended up getting BTP parking fine.

Not good, rooms are not upto the mark with no maintenance beds are also not good. Need to improve a lot

They have okay rooms but no parking for cars! Loud music plays from the gym below pretty much all night long - so try sleeping on pills!

One of the worst hotel stay experiences i have ever had. The price is of a premium business hotel but facilities, overall quality and especially the service was beyond poor.
Even essential items like towel, spoons etc were not present in the room and we had to call the reception 4-5 times during our short overnight stay of harldly 10 hours. Despite our repeated calls they did not give the towels and kept saying 10 mins. Won't recommend to anyone!

Stayed there for one day, the location is middle of the electronic city traffic, its difficult to reach there at the time of heavy traffic, there is no parking space for car, the AC in the room was leaking whole night, TV is not working because the set top box was not recharged, Lights in the washroom was not working, bathroom drain is open, exhaust fan in the bathroom have no covers, there is no pressure in the shower water, overall worst hotel I ever stayed

I would never recommend anyone to stay in this hotel. The rooms lacked facilities. Don’t let the pictures fool you. The rooms were always smelly, the toilets were not cleaned, the bed linens and mattress were so dusty.
As per the pricing, it is budget friendly but I won’t recommend it.
Don’t let the name fool you. It’s not royal at all, for now.

There is no proper arrangement for pre-booked guest. I have made Pre-booking with half a money in advance, Once i reach hotel on my booked day, i was informed that there is no rooms available, i came here early morning 5.15am, after a long travel, hotel receptionist ask me wait until 9am to get refund from manager or look for some other hotel. No proper communication, no one care about guest they go back and slept in reception leaving me wait outside. Worst Management.

IT WAS EXCELLENT BECAUSE THE ROOMS WERE QUITE DECENT, COMPARISON TO OTHER HOTELS, AND IT WAS BUDGET FRIENDLY, PERSONALLY THE STAFF ARE FABULOUS, THEY ARE GIVING SERVICE AT MIDNIGHT AS WELL.
AND THE GM IS ECO- FRIENDLY TO GUEST
