The staff is very rude and rooms doesn't have sufficient lights and water bottles not clean

As a client, to work with them is a nightmare. They disrespect you, the manager even swears at you, treat you and your crowd terribly, fail to do their part and provide as promised, and the list goes on. Worse when the client is a young crowd.

Too much noise pollution. They keep playing music and dhol at very high volume. So irritating!

Beware its a completely non smoking hotel. There are no non smoking rooms. They should mention this on their website so that we can make informed choice.

It is a nice place for rehab.

Most of the rooms on 1st floor have a wall few feet away from the window and that blocks the sunlight and feels very cramped and not secure. It seems like a terrace that anyone will walk up to the window.

However, all rooms above 1st floor are very nice and have a pleasant view. Air conditioning needs be kept around 20 C for any cooling to happen.

Staff was extremely helpful. Aniket on the front desk is really the best front desk person any hotel can get. He was very polite and made changes to my accommodation to make it better.

Worst hospitality
They is lack of co ordination with departments.
I asked for breakfast extension because we are in group and 2-3 people got late.
So I requested them to serve 2-3 people as they are getting 15 mins late.
Ms Archana directly denied and front office also did not communicate with them about our word with them.
Mr shivam from front office also did not show any positive approach.
If you go to any hotel they consider guest request but here after giving prior information they did not consider just because this is complimentary.
Very disappointed.
Don't expect for any hospitality from this hotel. Only name is Royal but hospitality is not.

Was here for an office outing. Had lunch and dinner here.the food was decent. Everything had right mix of spices and the desserts tasted good

If you want to make your birthday or anniversary special then this is your go to place. There are small Hut shaped places that have privacy and you can ask them to decoration that as well (extra for that).

Food is good and taste of food is good. Amazing service, food is served hot and soon. Staff makes sure you are comfortable and are polite to ask if u need anything. Someone is always around making sure we are good. It's outside seating, with candles and bouquets. Ambience is good. Special mention for Rishabh who was helping us.

Limited menu for when I visited due to some work going on. Also, menu mostly is North Indian dishes. So if you are looking for anything exotic or western cuisine you won't find too many options.

Couple of bars and restaurants available. 2 to 3 party halls. We went there to attend a wedding, hall is quite good. Parking facilities available

Not sure how they could fit in 80+ people in their small indoor restaurant during COVID times.

Food was ok, but nothing special to write about. Service was good.

The lawn was good and so was the English look of the building. A RR and a BMW parked strategically at the lobby entrance are permanent fixtures there and feel so marketing grade.

I stayed here for a week for official travel. The property is a bit old but the vibe is very cozy. I really enjoyed my stay here, the staff is great. Shoutout to Younis, Archana, Sampath and Arun for making my stay a comfortable and memorable one. I'm glad I chose this hotel!

Rooms are not soo fancy, no hygienic is maintained and food is too worst I dont know why this kind of service from 4 or 4 star hotel or is it because now covid and no abroad ppl visit india? Food is too worst tasteless and no varieties of dishes.
We offered for dinner buffet and breakfast buffet both was so worst and no varities at all.atleast in dinner they could have kept desserts like icecreams but there was nothing like icecreams or soft drinks in the dinner. Worst experience ever. Dont visit during weekend u dont get pool to enjoy because Saturday ll be occupied for parties so there wont be any kinds of enjoyment to have there! This is the honest review am giving with soo much of disappointment

After a long time been to this place, we had been the team, food was good. Starters were really awesome. Tasty and yummy hygiene and good food was served. Deserts were also really good. Hotel staffs were very supportive and polite.

Great food. Amazing ambience and a very supportive staff. I stayed here straight for 15 days and had a very good experience. The grilled fish in lemon butter sauce is worth trying for the fish lovers.

Had visited for Sunday Brunch. Although the food was good, the variety available was not very impressive. The ambience was too noisy (loud live music adding to the chaos) and crowded.

Recently as a family of 3 we had to be in isolation under the medical care and assistance of Manipal Hospitals stay put for 10 days in Royal Orchid hotel. The staff over there took extreme care of our needs right from supplies to room, to maintenance and in particular the kitchen managers Mr Karthik and Mr Murugan took personal care in helping tailor make every meal to suit our health requirements. Front Desk manager Mr Ajay also took personal care to see to that we were at home away from home. Thank you all for this wonderful time though not the best reason to be there

Housekeeping of the hotel is up to the mark. The cleanliness and TAT for the services are good. Prasanna (Housekeeping supervisor) Safiq, Nanda Kumar from the team were very warm and professional. I had stayed in room 117 for one month in Bubble

We have to stay 1 night and attending marriage function on this hotel. Rooms are pretty decent. Service was good, not much better, a need to improve the service. Hotel restaurant food quality is very good. Staff is very helpful and friendly.

Great place to stay when you are on business or casual trips. Offers first in class rooms with digital key cards. Consists of attached restaurants, bar and banquet.

Rooms are equipped with all the necessary items like a mini kitchen, refrigerator, TV, closet, locker and so on. Rooms are super clean and sanitized after every customer. Usually non smoking rooms.

The hotel accepts booking via call, website, third party booking sites like booking.com, makemytrip.com etc. Also provide pay at the hotel option. Booking lookup and key handover might take 20-25 minutes. Easy tab closing and key drop policy which does not take time at all.

Unsheltered two wheeler and four wheeler parking available.

Best place in Bangalore to stay. Food is very good. They have got an amazing spread in breakfast, lunch and dinner. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Location is also good. This is a non smoking hotel.

Tiger Trail restaurant at the Royal Orchid. Very nice outdoor space in chalets or below trees. Food was very good, chicken starter was very soft and juicy. Vegetarian potato starter was also amazing. Kandhari nan in main course was indeed a desert, a Naan stuffed with sweetened coconut and dryfruits. Almost like the puran poli. It was crispy and good but not as a main course. The paneer and chicken that we ordered both tomato based gravy was just about ok. The orange kulfi was an instant hit, a oranged flavored kulfi stuffed into the orange skin after scooping out the fruit out of the skin.

We stayed at the hotel for 6 days. We really enjoyed our time at the hotel. The breakfast was sumptuous and wide-spread as per our taste buds. The rooms are pretty clean and neatly organised. They are good at the Housekeeping and laundry services too, the turn-around time was great.

This polished hotel near a golf course is 3 km from Shivoham Shiva Temple, and 5 km from both Halasuru metro station, and the HAL Heritage Centre and Aerospace Museum.
Great front office staff, some of them very helping. Good rooms ensuring all the amenities are being provided. Average to good food. Restaurant services really need to improve specially the behaviour of the staff there. We all got a feeling, seeing the indifferent and at times Curt approach that they are doing us an obligation by serving us. However the breakfast staff was better. The gentle Shivam at the hotel entrance was a delight to meet. Sweet and very well behaved. Wonderful human being. Restaurant staff should observe him talking to the customers and take cues from him.

The staff is courteous and helpful. The rooms are decent and location was near to my office so, commuting was convenient in my case. The buffet breakfast was good with decent number of options. Overall a thumbs up!
