Waiter name is Yogesh - very aggressive behavior.

We had Ordered chicken gosh masala here in the restaurant, and found hair in the dish and the waiter was very aggressive asking us to continue eating. Later when we scolded, he agreed to change the dish, but again same thing repeated, found another hair strand in the dish. According to us they did not even change the dish, they gave the same one in a different bowl.

Even the manager is like supporting the waiters behavior. When we asked the manager whether the cook in the kitchen wear head cover while cooking, he said yes. But when we went near the toilet (where we could see inside kitchen), we could see that none of the cooks were wearing head cover while cooking. Very disappointed by the managers false information.

Very worst behavior.

I suggest not to go to this restaurant.

Non Veg Section.
After the latest renovation the ambiance is good. Egg parota with ginger chicken, Chicken 65 is a must try. These have unique taste here, couldn't find these taste any where else in Mangalore. They have maintained the same taste for 2-3 decades. But quantity has reduced and prices have gone up.

Very delicious yummy non vegetarian food. The service staff are very good. No delay in service

Exorbitant prices charged, being located on the main highway. Taste is not so great worth paying hefty amount. Need improvement in all sorts of taste related quality.

Horrible tasting food, what ever we ordered was awful
Pav bhaji had 2-3 day old pav and tasteless bhaji
Golibajji was tasteless and way too much oil (it tasted like really bad)
Dahi puri was way too spicy
Chatambade was as good as a brick and we could literally build a house with it.

Dosa Tasted Average. Not great not bad. Hotel is located in Surathkal Town. They have good parking Space.

Must try chicken lollipop nd pepper chicken. Good service and affordable price. Easy to find location. Decent place to have a meal with fam or friends.

The Hotel menu say Veg Pulav.but they provide smthing els. The Cost is raised unnecessary fr few products.rest al gud

Tasty pizza served here at very reasonable price. Cleanliness is well maintained! Time taken to serve the food is quite more than the other restaurants.

Food taste isn't all that great. Chats and light eats are very bad. Meals are fine. Tea/Coffee is decent enough.

The food in general isn't good in general, the tables are almost always dirty, the staff won't clean them properly until customers point it out.both South Indian and Chats taste avg to bad, Haven't tried North Indian.

After lock down ur food taste have change Such a pathetic tastee, never expected this from.such a good restaurant i had alwys liked sadanands food.especially when it comes to non veg and chinese cuisine.but thia was not a soup it was just some sort of flavoured water with some large size vegetables added to it.which made no sense in non veg soup.very bad experience.please change ur chefss.from now on i will never recommend sadanand to anyone.

Located on NH66 at Surathkal since a long time. Quality meal, snacks, beverages and desserts. Quick service and hygienic.

Food is OK, Qty is very less, Set Dosa and poori size is similar to size of idli, staff are very arrogant, not ideal for family. Masala doss very thin

"Rude behaviour from the managerial level staff" I kindly request the top management of sadanand to look forward on this, customer relationship is the main approach from the management, but sad to say that the restaurant managerial staff have no cool and behave rudely to the customers. Thankyou

Biryani is not good. The quality of meat must be improved. They have some good discounts for NITK students.

The receptionist at the non veg restaurant is unnecessarily rude. We reached at 10: 45 and asked if the restaurant is open, he answered us as if we asked him for his kidneys. Staight away shooed us off. If you need to know who he is, here's his description: in his 50's, gray hair and wears specs. Oh and also, carries a grumpy face.

Costs are too high! A coffee costs 30 bucks where the taste is no where up to expectations! And also all the other foods, some stay hot and some are cold. Maybe if the costs gets reasonable then could be given a 4 star rating.
Has proper parking place and also easy to locate as in the main road!

One of the best veg restaurant in town surathkal, which is located besides national highway, also has ambient car parking, and separare a/c, family space inside.

Easily accessible and good staff, various things to choose from food menu but I didn't like the taste of sambar here, I'm not sure why was that probably I'm used of eating Bangalore type sambar.

Mutton pepper fry is Out of the box. Never miss it when you move around Mangalore or Suratkal.

Just love this place. Good veg restaurant. Excellent non-veg restaurant. Good bar. Have liked most of the dishes that I have tasted. Crispy chicken is too good. Ambience is also very good

Chicken garlic is a must try if you are a non vegetarian.
The service is a bit lagging. But quality of food compensates it.

I wouldn't recommend veg restaurant.
We ordered Golibaje, Banana Podi and Paper Masala dosa. First of all it wasnt tasting good and too much oil in Golebaje and Podi.
Paper masala dosa became Tadoori roti masala dosa.
Looks like chef doesnt know how to cook south Indian food.
Please cook "especially Mangalorean speciality" properly.

The worst hotel ever I visited.they don't even care that there customers are going without food just because of their poor services and intolerant behaviour. They misbehaved with the customer.

Food quality is not good. When our food was served to us, It was smelling really bad and was not fresh. I don't know how anyone from restaurant kitchen didn't had any idea about It. So, If you are health concious, I won't recommend this restaurant.

Place is clean and hygiene. Little bit expensive and cashier didn't return change and didn't give bill for my food in Chavadi (non veg section of the hotel). Had to ask them for bill and change. Need professionalism in here, please.

Pathetic staff. Very arrogant, quality of food not upto mark. N they will dictate you on where you gotta sit, n even though there are empty seats, they ll not let you have your preference. I wouldn't even give half a star.

A best Place to visti with Family for the Parties and celebrations! The hospitality by the waiters makes us feel home admist!
Quality of food should be marked to th top and quantity being fab. I being a pure Vegetarian I had my b'day celebration at Non-Veg Residence without hesitation! 5 STAR CLEANLINESS
