The hotel rooms are very good for affordable prices. There was no lift service. Hot water was available.

How to contact the property dont know, if all the numbers are wrong, the booking will be confirmed who is telling us

Hi It's a nice hotel. Rooms are big and clean. They provide soap, towel and bathroom was also clean. There are TVs in every room. Only inconvenience was that we could not get hot water throughout day

Quite far from the temple. Almost a km. Good for people coming by own vehicle. Parking is available. Close to kumardhara. No kitchen. Staff is good. Check out time is 12pm which is not at all suitable. All people here come to temple and become free by 3pm. It's pointless to keep such a check out time.
Rooms are ok. Windows don't have nets. So less scope for ventilation.

Shown photos in the app and actual place both are totally different, compare to other hotel not so friendly for family stay. Don't recommend. Feels little scary also as thy are no any visitors even in the park month.

I think the manager charged double than the prices shown online as it was weekend. And he is very rude. And he is not customer friendly. Rooms are also not so clean. We can find better rooms for same price. No lift and no service guys

1. There are no sign boards to locate the hotel. It is on the left side of the Arch, just 100 meters fro the Arch.
2. Nobody was there in reception for 10mins.
3. They don't recharge DTH/cable for TV.
4. NO HOT WATER for the whole stay, the reception guy said hot water will be available from morning 5 to 7 am. But when called at 6 am, he said there is not hot water in their hotel at all. However, few guests fought with the hotel and finally hot water started flowing from 6: 30 am.

Worst experience. Hotel maintenance is bad and no hot water supply. You have to go out for food and tea etc. No room service for any thing. There is no lift you have to take stairs.

This is good budget hotel. Initially i was sceptical about the cleanliness and aesthetics and location. But on all the three aspects, its 5/5 for the cost of stay that it offers. Rooms are very good and neat and bathrooms are spacious and very clean. It doesnt have attached restaurant but thats ok as you have plenty of hotels just nearby at walkable distance. The autostand is just opposite the hotel. And alos the ghat to take holy bath in river Kumaradhara is just walking away for meters. Temple is just 1.5 km away. But ofcourse all this comes at the cost of service. There is no lift, room service. But that hardly matters if you are ok because you get everything else for a good price per day. All thums up!

Spacious Rooms, friendly staff, Clean and well maintained rooms! Only Negative aspect is that no power back up.

Hopeless hotel! Parents had a very bad experience as the rooms were pathetic! Receptionist are extremely arrogant. Never will I step foot into this hotel ever.

Good place to stay, very near to the Kukke temple. Ideal stay fir family and friends, with parking available in the hotel premises.

Stayed here on Oct 14th while visiting kukke Subramanya temple. Rooms are okay but no food facility available, we have to go near temple for resturant. We have to ask receptionist for everything like drinking water, extra towels.
Hot water is available now. Ac is working.
TV only if we ask they will come and make it work. Overall it was okay for a one night stay.

First off all this is not a 3 hotel. Kind of use and pay service

Best price calm place to stay. Budget friendly but away from city centre. Don't expect the star hotel ambience.

Nobody was there except us. Probably the best economy stay for a day if you just want to sleep and take a bath
