Located opposite to Mysore Bus stand, best place to stay if looking for location very convenient to visit most of the nearby tourist attractions. And rooms are average not so great and maintained very clean and service is very poor and behavior is very rude if asked any required service.

Worst hotel ever don't buy this hotel and hotels are pathetic room service pathetic bedsheets stings badly people will suffer from sinusitis and request to all the app to delist the hotels all bed bugs in the hotel

Rooms are not as expected. Washrooms are the worst with no proper maintenance. Response from the management is poor. Won't recommend the stay at this place.

I would never recommend this hotel to anyone, no hot water even after saying 24 hrs hot water. Bedbugs and lot of rats and cockroaches in room

Very unhygienic, washroom facilities all broke, no air conditioning.worth not even 500 rs, very suffocating rooms for even 1 hour stay

We booked the room via Google provided link which says is a official link.we recived the confirmation as well for which we paid some booking amount.we spoke to Mr. Satish hotel manager.he said that the booking is not confirmed since the link is not considered official.pls be careful while booking.

Bad management as key was in room and door locked. Then management asked for an extra 500 Rs because they will give it to person who can create duplicate key. They didn’t provide master or extra key.
Arrogant manager/owner. Third class room as my bag was chewed and damaged newly purchased clothes. Also, bedbugs and cockroaches were there in room.

Straight opposite to mysore busstand.rooms are good but not maintained up to mark. Initially they throw up little higher price when we visit room and share up they settle for little lower. Good to stay for office visits and bachelor's not suited for family stays.

Excellent location opposite the bus stand. Nice comfortable and clean room. Everything works. There is hot water 24 hours.

However the walk-in price is more expensive than booking online. They said they are giving me a discount and I accepted. Later when I checked online it was 20% cheaper.

I won't recommend this place to any of them. This hotel is located just next to the KSRTC bus stand and rooms does not look heigne.

It's Bad ever experience ever, the owner was polite, but small arrogant also, and their staff no comments, they so soooo rude, they didn't help us, room's are not so clean ant neat i said to staff please clean once he said arrogantly its already cleaned their was women hairs on floor and bed also, washroom flush was not working, it's all panicable and painful,

Safe and secure place to stay. Very less price. Quality of room is very good. Free Wi-Fi, free RO water available. No cost for too. Service. I liked this hotel. Also i can recommend to friends

Rooms are clean but there is no proper electric facility and WiFi is not working inside the Rooms

Very poor unprofessional staffs. If we asked for any quires they will disconnect the call.

Hotel room space is ok. But service quality is bad. They're provide dirty towel, In bathroom room bulb is not available. Dirty badseet. But location is little ok, it is near to palace.

I wish i can give -5 stars.not a clean hotel at all, pathetic rooms, dirty washroom, very slowl services, owner don't have business attitude.he don't have manners how to talk with customers!

Really a bad experience!

We faced following issues while staying for 2days
-Rooms are too congested
-Windows are covered with full of dust
- Bathrooms feel nasty and ventilation facilities not available and I got electric shock from bath room switch
-other than above we feel good about the services

You cannot expect a high standard rooms. But not a bad one also. I got AC room for 1500. Bathroom was a bit old type. Good staffs as well. Overall a good one for the money.

Pathetic hotel, very old building n interior. Ac not wrkng, fan not spinning in full speed, cockroach r there inside d room, waah room is neither clean nor hygiene, drinking water is nt clean, bedsheets r nt clean, TV fr show case only. Stink outside n inside d room. Total wastage of money, never recommend to even enemy.

It was a budget hotel and non AC rooms are bit difficult to stay and there is a bar very close to the hotel

Everythings is good. Washrooms are clean and tidy. Provided free wifi. Tv facilities are available. It is very near the bus stand. And 24hrs room servies.staffs are friendly.
You can oder hot water for drinking. Bathing with hot water is available. Love this hotel

Nice but they should have white light or tube lights so person can see clearly instead of dim lights

In summer they should have AC bcoz there was no cross ventilation in the room and got humidifies

Staff Behavior is rude. When u call and enquire they will give different tariff and when u personally enter the hotel they will hike the tariff. If u ask about the same u will get rude answer.

Well, that was an amazing experience at the hotel - we have booked the AC room at a reasonable price. Hotel is very close to KSRTC bus stand and I have to board my bus the very next day early morning at 5AM that stands right below the hotel so I ain't dare to run around the places after I wake up. I've stayed here for a night as I halted while i was on my way to Wayanad. Though we weren't at the hotel whole day as we have been freaking around in Mysore, had an amazing experience at the hotel and the way Mr. Shiva has received and communicated with his suggestions and opinions about my tour. I haven't had much interaction with the staff out there but just the manager Mr. Shiva as he has looked after everything during our stay. Honestly, I haven't tasted any food at the hotel as I am from Hyderabad I'd love only biryani and so I've searched for the hotels near by on Swiggy App and found Andhra Ruchulu - the jungle themed restaurant on the 4th floor of The Pai Vista hotel at a proximate distance which was adjacent to our hotel. We had an amazing biryani and mixed fried rice for dinner that satisfied our taste buds after a long tiring day at Mysore and definitely not a great lunch at Taj Mahal hotel - I was guided there by the day tour cab driver unfortunately when I asked for a good restaurant. Hmmm okay now - we were hungry and had some junk out there for lunch.he made me take my decision to move on my with own choices NOW. Let's keep this apart. Otherwise, i am good with everything else indeed.

It looks good in pictures. Don't be deceived. Bathrooms are so old and dirty. Too much of water scales. Beds probably have bed bugs. Ac doesn't work properly. Parking lot is the worst.

Old hotel, no ventilation in rest rooms need renivate, only near to busstand and market, OK for low cost business traveler

The best part about this hotel is it's location. It lies in the heart of Mysuru City and was surrounded by eateries, places to visit and the bus stop. The staff was cooperative as well. The only drawback is that they don't have a restaurant.

The hotel is in a very convenient location.
The manager was helpful; he arranged for early check-in and late check-out.
The rooms are quite good.

Amazing front office staff.
Rooms are good and this place is covinient to stay in as it is just opposite to the main mysore bus stand.
