Front desk needs to improve. Though booked in advance, got the room for fresh up after thirty minutes. Got room only in the evening. Despite being a small town, front desk insisted on 9 am check out. While checking out next day, Mr Basava Patil, Managing Director assured that this will not repeat. Though 9 am or 12 noon check out is noted in Online apps, they allow 24 hours check out. In all other aspects, hotel is good and located around 2 kms from Railway station

Not bad. Not so great. They dont have kitchen however if you want food can be ordered or the boys will get it for you. Bath Room did not had lights which we only realised at night. When we complained they were ready to change room however it was difficult to pack everything and change room so we managed.

Rooms are OK, clean. However AC wasn't working properly. The main switch was outside the room and was switched off automatically. Some of the electrical buttons were not working. There was a leakage in bathroom.

Clean and well maintained rooms. Easy accessibility. Overall very good place to stay in Bidar

Ac wtater leak continusly leak in room. But There is no one who cares staf

Excellent services like cleanly ness health and hygiene and hot water facility and way of treating.
