Full waste of money. They served cold masala dosa. I would not recommend anyone for dining here.

Our 5 days Experience @ Sonika comforts Mysore
Recently the management has been changed and the new management is not supportive to the customers.
1) Please do not pay money in advance, their policy is no reimbursement, their treatment is very bad in terms of money.
2) In 5 days, they just cleaned the rooms only once, after multiple request they just boomed the room once, no moping or bathroom cleaning happened, they are least bothered about the customers.
3) Receptionist and Manager attitude is arrogant and irritating.
4) WIFI signal is so weak, from rooms its difficult to access, always we have to move to reception.
5) I stayed only because I don’t have a choice at that point of time.
