Excellent taste and a good variety of menu available! Apart from the disappointment of not getting tandoori starters and the service person instead pushing for other varieties of starters since it would take more than 20 to 30 minutes made me rate 4 start overall.
Just on the NH at Mulbagal. Good food. Reasonably good service. Reasonably neat rest room. Toilets can be a bit more hygienic. Especially the toilet seats. Of course the number of people who visit have considerably increased. Yet it should be noted. It’s better to have a billing counter separately for the chat section to avoid unnecessary hassle.
One of the worst hotel. Food was pathetic, we ordered Dose it was not good at all and Poori taste also very bad. Very costly. If you ask my opinion don't visit this hotel.
This is the only decent eatery in the old madras road. If you are traveling towards Chennai, this hotel is on the other side of the road, you need to take u-turns. But they are closeby, so not a headache. Food was pretty decent. No major complaints
While coming back from Tirupathi, I slowed down at several places, but somehow I decided to stop here and I guess I made the best decision. It's the best place to have Idli vada early in the morning.
Usually I don't rate a restaurant 5star because I find issues, but at this restaurant everything was sooo good (Ambience, taste, service etc.) If you prefer dishes on sweet end you must try Malai koftha here! Finally a solid 5/5 for malai koftha
A neat, pleasant highway stop near Mulbagal. Breakfast was hot and fresh. We had dosas, kharabath, Kesari bath, Coffee. Overall a good stop on the highway towards Tirupati
We tried Gobi Chilli, Aloo parota, masala papad, Falooda and Gudbud. The starter taste was not too great but it was good. The aloo parota and masala papad were too good. But Falooda was too bad and I highly recommend not to try this even if you get it for free.
Overall it was a great dine in experience and the service was too good.
Really good. Has ample parking space. Outside seating also there and it was nice seating outside in the cool weather. Food tasted yummy. There's a kids play area and the washrooms are good. Overall a good place to stop on the highway.
We have stopped here due to rain They provide snacks and chats We have tasted chilli and banana bajji it was very good and coffee was vey good Service was very good and in ️ the view from this hotel is very good all the lightings and national highway view
NOT WORTH STOPPING HERE. Worst washrooms. Sulabh Complex are better than Balaji Bhawan washrooms. Food is not tasty. Cost is high, NOT worth the money for the taste or quality they maintain. We can spend more or pay more, but NOT for this quality. Their service is very poor. Only the external lighting and look are good, to attach highway vehicles. Once people stop, they normally don’t go to next hotel, they just eat whatever these guys provide and the cost. That’s how you see cars stopped there. But people may NOT like to visit this place for second time after knowing them once.
I have tried only tea over there, the taste of the tea is awesome and the coffee is good and i haven't tried any breakfast so i don't know about that, if you are a tea or coffee lover and going through that way definitely can have a stop and try once, will be worth it but i feel the price is some hight it is 30 rupees.
Delicious extraordinary food.i loved it.staff also very respectful, beautiful clean dining hall.even kitchen i ever see like this maintaining hygienic.:). I strongly recommend everyone to have a visit while traveling to thirupati.
It has a good setting just before Mulbagal so early morning travellers from Bangalore often flood the place. It is a well-maintained and clean place. The food was quite expensive but tasty.
This place is on the Bangalore highway and has a good ambience, serving team and food menu. Visited here around 5.30PM and we were crossing the highway and needed a quick snack. There were enough chat items and tea/coffee, beverage options that can be served quickly. Had a few samosas and bhel poori, both tasted good. Price is on the higher side though (30Rs per samosa + GST). There are washrooms outside the restaurant and a kids play area which are maintained well. You can comfortably break your journey here for nature breaks and/or snack break.
While we stopped only for a tea break, the place is on the Kolar highway and has a great seating place both outside and inside. It was spacious and clean. The restrooms too were clean and well maintained.
We had a 'Boiler' tea which was great. Though it was sweet for my taste, the tea itself was very nice and refreshing.
I liked the sit out for a great conversation and enjoying your meal or beverage!
Go for it. Prices are very nominal for good ambienced hotel. Very clean. Servers are awesome. Dahi puri which I ate was lilbitter. Otherwise dosa and chutney are awesome
A very well furnished restaurant on the Bengaluru - Tirupati Highway near Mulabagal. The ambience is very good and well maintained. The waiters are well behaved and courteous. Food quality is not very bad but pricing is average or slightly higher comparing the taste. Toilets are clean and hygienic. Ample parking space is available in front of the restaurant adjacent to the highway.
The hotel looks posh but the food is poor in taste and not worth the money. They have only South Indian full meals in South Indian style in afternoon, which isn't Andhra meals like they say on menu.
Nice place for a rest stop. Could have been better if they serve all what was displayed. We wanted a sandwich.didn't get. But chats, juices and ice cream was good. Hope they will add sandwich soon.
Dropped to have a cup of coffee.coffee flavour was good but not at all hot.not satisfied for the price paid. Situated on the high way.ambience gud.but the rest rooms could also be kept little more cleaner
Ate masala dosa, vada and poori. Taste was excellent. Even sambar and chutney is also good. It is coconut chutney though. Cost is on higher side, was 250rs. Service was very quick.
This review is based only on a cup of coffee Clean tables, courteous staff. If you wish to sit at the porch no service available.it's self service.you can get inside the building where service is available.a cup of coffee cost us about rs32 and the taste was just okayish
Currently know as Sri Balaji Bhavan. The food is very nice and fresh. Evenings along with some tea or coffee sitting outside with the view of NH75 is a treat. But the only this that's worrisome is the flies in the inside ac sitting place. It kills the experience and the prices are very high. The portions are also not sufficient.
Just been here for a quick tea / coffee break while traveling, had ginger tea and badam milk both tasted good but the ginger flavour was quite strong if you're a ginger lover u will love the tea.badam milk was decent n flavour was fair enough. They had good foot falls for dine-in next time if I pass by will try the food they have on the menu, wanted to try idly there but they had only Chinese and North Indian at the time we reached there. Sit out Ambience was the highlight of the place and they have rooms too if any one interested for a stay.
Restaurant is UNDER RENOVATION and is closed. This has been my pit stop during my travel to Tirupati and return to Bangalore. In Breakfast, regular items which has Tamilnadu flavors. Meals in the afternoon is good too. But, they don’t serve meals during night.however you get North Indian dishes and tastes pretty good.
To put it simply, one of the very few places that have a palatable sambhar and still not have a pincode starting with the number '6':) Go ahead and have your pitstop while on this route! Better than the other marquee brands in Bangalore! Hope they don't lose screw up or get 'jagerry'zed or get 'sagar'ized!
Worst.it's deponds on crowd, if any crowd they will give less quantity and mix the water all in items, like sambar, rasam, dal, Curry etc Heavy expensive
Tasty and hygienic food. Options are location is very convenient for travelers. Not very expensive. However staff is untrained. They do not know how to treat customers. Service is delayed always! If you are on a leisure trip and have enough time, visit this place for tasty and hygienic food.
One plate sambar idly 45 rs is k But one tea is 28.50 is horrible If u bring 200ml milk 10 rs Tea packet 10 or 20 rs Sugar for 250g 10 rs Total 40 rs So u can prepare about 5 to 6 tea That means 28.5×6= 171 rs
CHEATERS! BEWARE! We ordered few items like Idli, dosa, and tea. We were a group of 6 persons. I usually check my bills so i cross check the bill to see the items and their count. It was fine but when I looked at the price of the item I felt that it was more than what I saw in menu during Order. So I asked the waiter to bring the menu and to my surprise price of all the items were twice of what was mentioned in the Menu. I pointed out this to Waiter so he behaved like he was ignorant but from his expression I realized that he was tensed. He went to billing counter and brought a new bill of almost half of the total cost earlier. Normally, restaurant can commit mistake with item counts and not with the price. So it was clear cut a cheating. And the counter guys were also part of this cheating along with waiter because waiter can not do billing. Not sure if the Owner is aware and is also part of this cheating or not.
The taste of food is just okay and price is high enough. 65 per a masala dosa and 40Rs for 2 normal idlis. Things were clean. Had to remind the waiter for a tea, though there were just 15people
The taste is nice and the price is also reasonable, but there is no availability of door delivery to the locals. I wish that there should be home delivery to the locals.
One of the worst customer service. I had to to get of the restaurant to take an emergency call. I came out as I didn't want to disturb others. I was speaking in the lobby. Vishwanath Shetty the manager told me he was distributed as I was speaking in English. Then I had leave eating half of my food. He was apparently disturbed to bill due to me talking. While I was being courteous he was very rude. The food is decent that's why I stopped here as always. But I will never step into this restaurant for their behaviour again.
The restaurant is located on the Bangalore Tirupati Highway in mulbagal, you will get good South Indian dishes of Tamilnadu style. It has got good parking facility, rest room and ac rooms.
Good place spicy food toilets are neat and clean, one thing they have to correct all taps are leaking plenty of water is going waste management take necessary action immediately.
It is a worthless place. It looks so ordinary yet prices are bit high. The staff is worthless. They don't even have sugarless tea anyway. I hated this place because of staff rude behavior
