The rooms were aerating and adjustable! Price's can't be negotiated! The location is not very friendly to travel to all the tourist locations but compared to other hotels we checked this one was better! The time you check in is the time you check out next day else charges keep adding on! Room service was good food was average.

The positive is that it's less than 500m away from sree krishna temple.

It's a very old hotel with furniture and other facilities in the hotel are very old and require a revamp.

Only one of its lift is modern, if it can be said so. Otherwise everything is ages old including the bathroom fittings.

They have an underground parking and the security will do body wash if requested to.

Hotel located in good place with near by shopping complex, restaurants, etc. Walkable distance to krishna temple and 20 mins drive from the railway station. Deluxe room is has shared in the pic and adequate for 2-3 people. Hot water, AC, TV is available. The hotel is good to stay with family with option dining.we also ave option to eat outside.

One of the most reputed hotel in the city. Very close to all bus stands like city KSRTC bus station. Railway station is very near by like approx of 4 KM of distance. All temples also have near by distance.

Fantastic staying at the hotel. Nice view from the 6th floor, we have our rooms at. Great hospitality shown by the staffs, room service has been good. Great food and silent sleep. Overall, a wonderful experience.

Actual 3.5 star. Old hotel with congested basement car parking. Super delux ACroom was very average with minimum toiletries. Room service for cleaning was poor responsive. Location great at City centre and walkable from krishna temple.

Excellent stay in this hotel. The room was clean and tidy. Located in the heart of the city. The manager and the staff is very cooperative. Food is also delicious and tasty

Nice place for family stay. A good star property with affordable tariff. Situated at a good location. Some good food from the in-house restaurant.

Room was neat and clean but you can clearly hear voices of other room from washroom. It is big and spacious and all basic amenities will be provided

I checked in a Ac room on 17 Jan 2021 but there was no hand wash, shower gel nor shampoo. Neither a soap. Pillow covers and quilt cover were not changed. Phone and ac were not working. Room was full of tobacco smell. After complaining twice they gave another room. Horrible experience

In terms of accessibility, this place is very close to a lot of popular locations, restaurants, shops and markets. Rooms were a bit pricey. Even in the hotel itself, the bar & lounge is accessible from the hotel floor. The staff - both hotel and lounge are extremely friendly. The hotel is an hour away from the airport. Temples are almost at walking distance. This definitely is the best place to go to if you're in Udupi. It's in the heart of the city!

A good place to Stay. It's in Heart of Udupi and near to Sri Krishna Temple, This place is Hygiene and safe to stay. The food in Pisces Lounge is good.

The people were friendly. But had quite a few issues like non availability of hot water and AC turning off now and then.

Rooms good.and food is good, and chicken butter garlic excellent and i love it. Here is four outlets, 1. Leos pub. 2. Dakshin restaurants. 3. Pisces bar and restaurants. 4 Lounge bar.

Hotel is located in heart of Udupi. It's in walking distance of Udupi Sri Krishna Mutt. Clean and cozy rooms with complimentary breakfast, but building is really old and mouldy.

Last month I visited to this hotel. It's in good location.and and nice clean room.and u have free breakfast.and u can enjoy all location near by this hotel.and in same building u can enjoy the evening life.like pub. Long bar.in all the way. It's good in it's economy.

Bus booking is available near to this hotel. ATM, Theatre are near to hotel. Hotel reception is good. There is a disturbance of hotel renovation is there.late check in and check out are available

Worst hotel. Never seen this type of 3-star hotel before. Early morning when i woke up the room is completely wet. Horrible. Called housekeeping cleaned. I asked that why it is wet. He told night it was raining. Rain water came inside room.
I never met such experience in even in a low class hotel.

The hotel is quiet old in Udupi and is kind of landmark here. The building is visible from long. But it needs a renovation. Some room walls are dirty. Fan regulator does not work in some rooms. Tea is good.
