Hotel The Meridien

I had ordered a mutton biryani and there was no meat at all, they served it with 3 bones. When i asked the server he says that in chicken we get meat but in mutton we cant expect (then what do we pay for?). If they cant serve a proper meal then why are they asking for money for just rice and bones. Very disappointed with this hotel.

I am not been there but many tell that this is best non veg hotel next to vaishali comforts in Tumkur.
The quality matches the price and it's affordable.

I like the ambience. Even in a small restaurant it gives a slight posh feel. The quantity is superb relative to the price. Chicken crispy is my All time favourite. Overall speaking the food is mediocre even for tumkur city but do go for a change of palate and place. Have fun

Best ghee rice with dal in Tumkur. Quail is available as per order, and other non vegetarian affair is just above average or just that.

Ambiance: simple and good. Great to go with family and friends. Good to take children too, as no alcohol is served.
Staffs: very polite and efficient. Simple and professional.
Food: the Chinese dishes are jus amazing. The sea food menu is must try. Do ask the waiter to suggest their special item for the day. You will not be disappointed. The black pepper fish is delicious.
Price: it is not expensive at all. Specially the amount (serving size) is too much. It's worth every penny.

It is a one among the best places for non veg lovers. As the price is not too high but at the same time serves good food! It has a party hall at its top floor and can accommodate 50 people! It is very near to SIT college and so all the students like this place!

When I reached at this hotel, hotel was empty still waiter took time to take order. After taking order they 45 minutes to five the food. Chicken grill was not at all tasting good looked like yesterday food. Food was not up to expectation. Quality was law compared to place. Washbasin was not clean. Atmosphere was calm

Takes almost an hour to serve what has been ordered even though the customers are very few in the restaurant. No washroom. When we asked for washroom those ppl were showing wash basin! And the chicken tandoori was a total disaster.

The Taste is very good. Though it's a bit expensive n mostly crowded. The specials r great. If u r with a group u can surely enjoy Ur meal here.

A good place to hangout with friends and family. Arrangement of tables is quite impressive even though it's a small hotel. Food is quite good with affordable prices. Staff etiquettes should be improved.

Nice Food, The restaurant building has three floors. There is a price difference between the air conditioned floors (Ground and Top Floor) and non air conditioned floor.

Wow. It is one of the best hotels for non veg in tumkur. U get different varieties of food and more then varieties it is finger licking good type. Have had food many times.it feels awesome u can try try but the food will be delicious and delicious. U can take ur family they have separate room for it.and ambience is awesome. Staff cooperative. Family restaurant. You get a quality food and service. It's cheaper compared to other hotels nearby and food quality here is the best with an affordable price. A separate AC suite is available if you want more comfort. Good place to come with friends as well as family. Hope this was helpful.
