Food doesnt taste that good.
The lower floor family dining smells foul, smells like toilet because there is ladies toilet room inside the dining area.
Worst niyaz i have ever visited. Floors itself are also not clean.

This is the only one hotel for the best non veg

Food was very delicious. Service also okay.
But the wash area and toilet is dirty. Need to improve this.

Very very late service they made us wait for so long after taking the order. And got our service last compared to others

Food is very good.
But on rush days. It takes lot of time for them to bring order. There will be queue too especially for a/c section. Im taking about a branch in vidyanagar, there is another branch on gokul road.

One of the best hotel in Hubballi to have delicious biriyani. All the non veg items will be awesome to taste. Once you visit you will visit often.it has AC room to have your food peacefully. Nice service.

A favourite amongst the local non vegetarian public. It is spicy. I have not been able to develop a taste for the unique fusion of food that is Niyaz. The biryani is popular. Prices are reasonable.

Like always Niyaz is up in maintaining it's quality and taste. Presentation is very well. Mostly people wait here to get a seat. I was lucky to get soon as I had arrived in the restaurant. The royal falooda is Just ummmmm.

One of the best Hotels in Hubli Dharwad region for non-veg food.
Clean, neat and A/C family seating available.
Chicken and mutton dishes including biryani are too good.
The 5 stars are based on the quality of food according to the pricing.

Nice and tasty non veg food available here. Though not as good as niyaz belgaum. All the chicken items available in the menu are yummy and delicious. Had a good time with family. Would love to recommend others. It has a separate seating for family members. Located on the busy hubli-dharwad road had a problem with parking the vehicle as the main road was under repair/widening due to BRTS road system. Would love to visit again in future.
