Nice Udupi place for a quick meal. They have an a/c room with limited seating as well. There’s a clean washroom too. The larger area is open and extends to the parking for the complex where this Udupi is We tried the Vada sambar, plain Dosa and onion rawa. The onion Rawa Dosa was best. Filter coffee is decent too.
Set Dosa is good. Channa Batura also good and it's 110/- as of today, value for money. Mushroom pepper costs 170 but very less quantity and not that great, not value for money.
Bad tasting food. Ordered north indian thali, gobi manchurian and veg noodles. Never had that bad gobi manchurian and cherry on top.it was stale and soggy. Don't they think what would one feel after opening the box.to pack stale food is pure CHEATING. Noodles were over boiled and just bland. Big.
Good place for breakfast and lunch. Quick and efficient service. Food is tasty. Coffee is good. Car parking is available. Will be busy in the weekends.
Loved the South Indian Meals - especially the parpu/dal and the accompaniments. The quantity is more than sufficient. Also try the fresh fruit juices. Sumptuous food and quick service. The food is freshly prepared in front of you and served. There is seating available in front of the outlet. Parking space is also available. Take away and online ordering (via Swiggy) is also an option.
Really disgusting experience. Found worm in dosa but the manager was too rude when I showed him the worm. Very poor customer service and very unhygienic kitchen. It seems they served me the worm with the mashed potatoes. The stuffing was old hence there was this worm.
Car parking yes! The self service area is not that much good but the dining in the A/c is nice. A must try is there starters, babycorn soup and Butter roti
I Always love this hotel. Very close to our home. Its Big. Recently they have expanded it. Food quality quantity is dam good. Outside sitting in one side. We have even AC also. People are friendly. Food is dam yum.
Very average. This is not the original branch. The original ones are 2 branches one on kogellu cross and other in old Town Yelahanka. This was not that great very average food.
Taste of North Indian Thali is not as North India, tomato soup is very sweet to eat, Dahi which was served has a pinch of sweet taste which doesn't taste good. Rasgulla was good to eat.
Very bad hygiene and safety. I saw people with covid quarantine stamped eating their and even after report ing to resturant manager, no action was taken. No safety measures inside kitchen.
Good food! The uppit quantity was unbelievably small! While the idli's were huge. Self service. Nice tables in the open air. Good for the current situation!
Nice place, South Indian cuisine includes the cuisines of the five southern states of India—Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka, Kerala, Tamil Nadu and Telangana—and the union territories of Lakshadweep, Pondicherry, and the Andaman and Nicobar Islands. There are typically vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes for all five states. Additionally, all regions have typical main dishes, snacks, light meals, desserts, and drinks that are well known in their respective region. Karnataka has a very diverse cuisine. Some of the most popular and traditional south Indian breakfast preparations like idli, vada and masala dosa are believed to have originated in the temple streets of Udupi in Karnataka. Described as being the mildest in terms of spice content among the cuisines of the five south Indian states, the traditional cuisine of Karnataka is known for its generous use of jaggery, palm sugar and limited use of chili powder; however, Northern Karnataka cuisine, which can be extremely hot in taste, is an exception. Since the percentage of vegetarians in Karnataka is higher than that of other southern states, vegetarian food enjoys widespread popularity. Dating back to the Iron Age, Karnataka's cuisine is said to be one of the oldest surviving in the country. It combines a range of flavours, ingredients and cooking techniques from its neighbouring states of Kerala, Andhra Pradesh and Tamil Nadu to the south and Maharashtra to the north, along with its own rich gastronomic history.
Restaurant has newly started a service area for its customers. Not big but manageable space. We had ordered veg manchurian, pappad masala, French fries, dal kichidi and curd rice. Over all service is good. But needs improvement in taste as few dishes were missing the basic salt and pepper
Super place, i allways have lunch here, taste is too good, but dosa is not good in taste, what i feel. But its very conjested, order tables are outside hotel, during rains its very difficult.
For ₹335, a plate of 5 tandoori rotis -crisp n warm - and a bowl of paneer korma rich with slices of capsicum, beans, green peas and tomato, almost casually flavoured with hari elaichi and topped with malai and another of arhar ki dal with a liberal tadka of green chilli, jeera, kari patta and fragrant with turmeric, accompanied by a plate of cucumber and onion slices and wedges of nimbu. All of this to be washed down with fragrant Bangalore filter coffee. We dig this stuff!
