The 1st time I visited the place I didn't have a good experience. The mutton pieces were cold as if the yesterday's food kept in a fridge was reheated in the oven and served. But visited again in the afternoon after nearly 5 years and it was good! Tried the mutton biryani, Chicken biryani & Chicken lollipop and everything was very good & tasty!
It's a small place so it'll be crowded. There's seating area upstairs for family as well.
Prices are okay. They should increase the quantity for their high pricing

Excellent mutton pulav. Note that mutton pulav is ghee rice and chicken pulav is donne biryani style. I recommend mutton pulav for it's authentic taste. Kebab is great as well. Service can improve and very limited seating is available.

I visited this restaurant when I was traveling to coorg with the family. I always wanted to try white biryani, and I found this restaurant that served white mutton biryani. The mutton biryani was good, but the chicken biryani was average. The kabab was yummy, they served green chutney along with the kabab.

Not worth the money you pay and get a small quantity of biryani and kabab I got chicken masala not tasty that much

Tried Biryani/Pulav, leg soup and Keema ball curry.
Biryani was fantastic. Looks plain but, it has the right ingredients to taste.
Leg soup is good. Leg tastes good and soup is refreshing for the throat.
Kheema ball curry is delicious.

Biryani was the best of the lot. It's very rare to find biryani without masala yet tasty.

Not maintained neatly, staff do not what is available in the kitchen, ratings as shown in facebook or other blogs like Kripal amanna food on the street, is bogus. This is a normal eatery with mutton and chicken. That's all they have

Truly a very beautiful taste of Nati style in the heritage city. One can dine in, take away or get delivery of the delicious palavs with other regular non veg starters. Limited dishes available but wonderful in taste also worth for money. Must visit place in Mysore.

A must place to visit if you are a chicken or mutton biryani lover! Their biryani rice is not taken out of biryani and served but they cook it separately.

Delecious Biryani/Pulav items. Tasty mutton/Chicken. Gravy which they serve with rice is very good. Leg soup, brain fry, chops, chicken kabab are must trys. Very good service. All items are served hot. Overall good place to satisfy non veg craves

The place is famous for Chicken and Mutton pulav. You can also try some of the local starters like pepper chicken and Mutton dry. Very economical and a decent place.

Been going to this place since, 'I don't remember when', but the taste of food here has always been intriguing to me. I'd say that to my pallet, it tastes like a fusion between Marathi and old Mysore style. You should try the ghee rice with mutton chops or with bheja (brain) fry.

Established in 1986, I came here for a takeaway and yet the service staff was very helpful. The chicken biryani and Chilly chicken was yum, Pepper chicken was Okay. Pocket friendly restaurant and must try if you are a non veg lover.

Good but not clean guys! Mrp on drinks they take money on what they serve here, the thing s food s ok, I don feel clean and good here but worth a visit! Dats all to say! U guys wanna have a drink and food it's a good and an ok option! Not so awesomeness in menu!

They have a decent non-veg menu that serves chicken and mutton dishes. The palavs are quite a hit among the customers along with the chicken dry.

Instead of raita, they serve a curd-soaked salad which is unique to the restaurant. The food tastes decent enough to visit and enjoy their servings.

Ibvisited vibhav restaurant. Excellent special mutton pulav. It was not at all heavy after u eat one plate. Must try along with mutton fry. Very tender meat.

Most delicious food I've ever tasted in Mysore especially the Mutton Khaima, Mutton chops, Chicken Pepper dry, Mutton Biriyani, and Brian fry. Excellent service, Fully satisfied. However can't expect good ambience.

Vaibhav hotel is an iconic hotel with authentic Mysore style taste. The quantity of dishes this hotel provides for the price is appreciable. People of all classes come and enjoy the taste/take parcel from this hotel.
Chicken pulao and mutton pulao in this hotel have unique taste. I would recommend to try mutton pulao.
Chicken pepper fry is the highlight of this hotel. The tenderness and the perfect fry is achieved perfectly by the chefs here.
Chicken kabab is one of the most demanded dish of this hotel. Though the place is small and has around 10 tables visiting and dining in gives an authentic Mysore feel to it.

Good, no place to sit near counter, if we are buying in counter given some sides, need to maintain some cleane. Other wise ok.

Awesome taste but low quantity for what they charge. Staffs are very humble n kind enough. Thumbs up.

There are two type of service here.

1. Ground floor you stand drink.
2. On 1st floor table service with stater and food.
But cost the is high and food not that much good.

The worst place i have met in Mysore.not a clean bar. We visited the top floor and we bite from tigane.

One of the oldest, The BEST and the most AUTHENTIC traditional non veg restaurants in Mysore. Their Boti, Kheema, Fry, Soups are just lip smacking. Pulavs along with their servas are very tasty too. If you love traditional non veg style food this place is a must visit. And the food is Hygienic. If you are in Mysore and a foodie then do not miss this place:) You will come back for sure:)

My one of favorite hotel since many years, they have maintained same taste and quality and they have opened one more branch in V V mohala and I am yet to visit the new hotel, this hotel is always crowd I wished they had more space because always I had to wait to get a seat here to eat, But food here is too good, tasty.

One star only because its a very ordinary eatery. Though safe and no ogling you wouldn't like to take your family there.
That is where the basics end. Now the food.
The small seating area with Stainless Steel tables on the ground floor is the best bet not the Bar upstairs. I love the food. Great Biryanis. Both mutton and Chicken in two signature styles or brands - Special and Non Stop. Special is white Biryani and The Non - Stop is yellowish. Must try both. Unique flavors. Cost? Not to worry. An elaborate lunch for Two should not cost more than Rs. 400.00 Very small menu. Must try the spicy meat balls. Want to economize further? Order Ghee Rice (same biryani rice without meat) and a plate of Keema (Meat balls) or any other side dish.
If you are thick skinned, By all means take your family for a steaming Hot meal or better still order Take Away (Parcel). Since taste is a personal mater, I should be right as this place is crowded during lunch time.
