This is my third visit to this property as I often travel to Kumta for business.

The new rooms provided by this property are par excellence for the price they're asking. There is good parking facility and have clean bathrooms too.

The two restaurants are worth the money and provide good options.
There are really good south Indian breakfast options.

10/10 recommended!

Nearby bus stop good for both bachelor's and family, avoid paying for AC rooms and TV not up to mark

AC rooms are very good. Properly cleaned.
Staff is also much supportive, they cleaned the room multiple times in a day when requested. Special thanks to Shaliesh even after 5 days of checkout staff helped us to find the lost keys in the room. Overall it was best experience in this hotel.
I would definitely suggest this hotel to anyone who wants to stay in Kumta.

I stayed for 4 days in this property. The owner and the staff are very helpful and friendly. The interiors of the hotel were new and hygienic. One major advantage is it is close to bus stand, railway station as well as all the major tourist attractions

Very friendly staff and clean and affordable rooms. One of the best stays!

I had booked this hotel for 2 days stay on 24th and 25th Dec 2022 through MMT paying Rs 5376.   I can say this was the most terrible and horrible expereince of all hotel stays in life ever.and as I booked this through MMT, I held MMT responsible for this. This is what happened as explained below -
1. I reached the hotel in the evening on 24th Dec with my wife and 2 kids. This was supposed to be a 4 Bed room along with the required facilities to be available. Before I reached there on 24th Dec, I called them on 23rd Dec and conformed to them that I will be coming to stay for 2 days on 24th Dec and 25th Dec
2. When we reached the hotel, I asked them to show me the room. To the utmost surprise which I never had, the room had just 2 single beds. The hotel stay told me that this is what I will get for the price I paid. I told them I paid way high of Rs 5376 for 2 days. The hotel staff started shouting at me saying he will only get around Rs 2000 for 2 days from MMT and rest of the money is taken by MMT.so I will get such a room only. We had huge argument with them because I already paid you guys, did not have option to find another hotel in the night. Then I asked them to give me a better room with 4 beds. I was told I can get a better room with max 3 beds (not 4 beds) and I have to pay Rs 2000 extra as cash only (no card, no Gpay, No phonepe). Finding no other way, I had to pay and accept the 3 bed one which was also in poor state.
3. The nightmare started when we checked in the room. The TV was not working, no phone in the room.the toilet flush gun was leaking and wetting us completely when we tried to use it,   the shower was not working when we went to take bath in the night, the room was with bed smell, there was cockroach also in the bathroom, tap water coming very slow, blanket had bad smell.when we complained about all this again, I was told this is what they can give (even after taking Rs 2000 extra) and told us we can leave the hotel if we did not like it
5. When we asked for towel and other toileteries, we were given only 1 bad used dirty towel, and 1 small hand soap
6. On 2nd day when we went out for the day, we asked them to do the Housekeeping.when we returned in the evening, the room was as it is, no cleaning was done
5. The hospital staff, the onwer, his son - all were highly rude and became abusive treating us as if we were beggars and have to come to stay free there. Constantly they were abusing MMT also through out. They were all 100% cheaters.

I stayed for 2 days. The owner provided us balcony rooms as promised, it was comfortable overall. Good food and drinks

We booked 5 rooms for our stay in kumta, rooms are newly renovated & looks fantastic. Only problem is they don't have good hotels nearby. It'll be excellent if management opens a restaurant for residential customers.

The rooms were good. Only we found it very stinky while coming back after detour, when the room was locked and AC was off

Stayed in a Non AC room.
Room was very clean and tidy.
Staff was well mannered.
Bathroom was clean.

Located at around 25kms (25 mins) from Murdeshwar.
Surrounded by good restaurants near by.

Overall good experience but they dint have hot water in rooms. But it's kinda good place if u only want to halt for getting freshened up n go out hoping again.

We can say this hotel is good if we take consideration of town where it is located. Near to railway station and bus stand. We can say average service.

Un cooperative staff, bugs on the bed, stained pillows, dripping cieling common connected balcony, no amenities provided. Cheap hotel trying to pull off a posh exterior. Avoid if possible

This is a lodge with boarding facility only and ideal for a one night stay and if you are on a low budget. I found this place ideal for sales guys and night stay only.
The rooms are small and not well ventilated.
The service is average but just about right if you are low on expectations and the budget you pay.
Food has to be ordered from outside and hence will not be that hot when served.
Yes the place has a good sea food restaurant at the back side of the building so outside food is not a problem.
The location is good, it is just a stone throw away from the old bus stand (local buses) and close to the main market.

Moderately clean rooms for reasonable rates. They don't mind group stays. The room we stayed in had 3 beds and they were kind enough to put in additional beds to accommodate 2 more.

There is a hotel on the ground floor which is open till late night, serving tasty Pav Bhaji and Chappatis.

The location of the hotel (less than a kilometer from Kumta Bus Stand) is apt for late night travellers.

Bad service, no electricity, customer satisfaction is not there, behavior of the employee towards the customer is extremely bad.

Didn't actually stay there but visited it when looking for accommodation at Kumta. Most rooms were damp and without proper ventilation.
Non-AC single rooms portion of the building stunk of urine. AC double bed was better but with poor lighting. They have a bar attached at ground floor. Should probably avoid this place.

It's the only restaurant for non veg lovers in kumta, food is good and rooms are also very decently maintained with affordable prices. Good one.

One of the few hotels you can halt in kumta.
The hotel reception and management are really good, the rooms are not worth the money.
They have a hard time keep things clean.
But you can't help given the number of options available in this region.
Manageable for one night stay.

Cost is too high. Service is the worst. No TV DTH connection. Room is not clean. Towels and bedsheets are old. No Western toilet for the cost we pay.

Very average hotel. A cockroach was waiting to welcome us as soon as we entered the room. However the room otherwise was clean. The AC was not working and cooling started only after the technician was called in. There is a restaurant (not affiliated to this hotel) in the same premises. The food is ok to below average (especially the rice).
Room rentals are not cheap either at @1250 per night.
The only good part of this hotel is the nearness to the main town and the temples. The other well known hotel in this town though relatively better is located at quite a distance.
Hence this 2 star rating.

Decent place for a one night stand. Room service is non existent. Restaurant and bar available just below though. Food was ok ok. The reviews I read said food was great. It Wasn't. Lot of customers as it was a Saturday night. So service was slow. All in all, fair enough stay if just need a place to sleep for the night. Rooms can be better maintained. Sheets were not clean. Towels never came. Wouldn't have used them anyway.

The rooms were small and no proper ventilation was available in the Deluxe rooms. Located at few hundreds of metres away from Kumta ST bus stand and Kumta Railway Station. However, the service was not as good and didn't justify the rates of the rooms.

Decent place to stay. Cleanliness is average, but ok for families.
It is budget friendly, has an attached bar and restaurant. Room service is average.

Budget hotel, food is not great, hot water is available only in the morning, load shedding in the morning, generator service only available at night. Bus stop and station are at 5-10 minutes of distance, easy commute available. Overall it's good for people on a budget trip.

It was a newly opened lodge, yet to provide full fledged amenities. A huge campus allowed our 30 odd group people's stay. Hot water is there, budget range, the overnight stay was really good. No room is with western toilet, all r with Indian style toilet. Few rooms are yet to be provided with window screens

Very much disappointed by unprofessional behaviour of guy sitting at the reception counter in evening

Never to stay here because everything in rooms is not working properly sometimes light goes off and also there is no lift
