Hotel Vanmala

Food is ok but the service is very very slow. Almost 30min. They come to take the orders and even asking to me nobody come to take order. Weird experience here.

Very bad service in this hotel by waiters.and cat and other animals eating food from served plate for guest band if we complaint they told us that hotel is open that's why.ridiculous.

Manager and some waiters are useless and nonsense behaviour, never visit this hotel, one of the third class services from manager and waiters. Worst place, never visit this place, the main manager which stands at the entrance has no manners.

The waiters behavior is totally worst on top floor namely Mithun is waiter he is not responding to any customer for food services.please it's for good.thank you.

Atmosphere very good had tasted mutton thali was not dat great but I believe the rest food is food lot of people was having chicken biryani

Horrible food. We ordered veg thali, mutton thali, shezwan fried rice and Egg curry. The food was so bad that we were literally struggling to swallow. At last just had plain rice and roti to satisfy our hunger. Please avoid this place at any cost.

Good service, taste and quality of foods is good and the pricing is reasonable. Cleanliness should be improved.

See we have paid 30 rs each for coldrinks bottle. Which cost 18 rs.
And we ate chapati and the each chapati rate is 20 rs.
They are doing business here.

This place is only famous coz its on highway and lots of rush as its on the way to goa-belgaum route.food is worst.ambience is poor.filthy tables.don't ever visit with family.

Good place to take break for both vehicle and your self. You can have food ok kind. Not that tasty.

Rating for food is 5/5. The service here is little bad. Every order we placed was replaced by other order. Literally had to return the dishes.

Food is amazing. Wonderful taste. As told Chicken tangadi the famous dish here is really awesome and is worth having. Haven't given it 5 star cause of the service offered here. Very slow service and the waiters have no bother about the customers. Even when water is needed it has to be told several times to get it severed. If you want to have here better have a lot of time set aside.

Beaware! Please check your Bill's before you pay. Total miss MANAGMENT. They were charging Rs 780 extra.
