First three star hotel in sagar situated on B. H road good parking space good party hall reasonablally priced very cooperative staff and management. Only drawback is no veg restorent

The place and the environment is really beautiful. You have few temples to vist in and around. Currently they are on renovation of their hotel so you might mot recive nd coffee or tea in morning i guess. Apart from that the fee is worth affordable. Room are good.

If you vist try clicking good picture of their beautiful painted wall. The design and art work on it is wonderful.

Very bad hotel in sagara, there is no clean bedsheets, bathrooms are like megestic public toilets, absolutely not recommended for families. And staff who works in the night was very rude. For 2 people they give 1 towel that too very dirty, even people cant use that for legs also. Bed and bedsheet you cant imagine, that white color sheets became brown that much of dirt is there, owners are not even think of changing that may be. And only for 6 30 to 8 hot water will be there.

Worst ever hotel I have stayed. Rude front desk. They are not human beings first of all, if u have kid and need hot water talk so rude and talk like rodies if u ask more. This is not at all for family.
Night no power for 5 hours no backup.may be you cannot witness any worst hotel than this. I want to talk to owner of this personally of this hotel.

This is one of the oldest serving hotel in Sagara.

At one point of time, this was the only lodging facility available at this place.

Presently, the hotel is under renovation.

I presume, they are renovating owing to the competition that other new hotels have posed.

Very fews rooms were available when i visited due to renovation.

The staff is very courteous & obliging to any extra requests or you have.

There is a bar and restaurant in the same compound detached from the hotel, they serve very good food here, especially local cusines.

I believe the hotel would be much better once the renovation is complete.

Decent place with clean toilets but the Bedsheets were horrible. Hair, stains and stink! We had to ask them to change the sheets but even then the ones they replaced it with were bad. Towels are not provided. Overall below average and wouldn't recommend.

It's a nice place to stay, Food service isn't available but overall it's a great place with clean rooms to stay

I hated to that hotel beacause when we went to sagar to reach at 9 o clock. We went with family varadhashree hotel. For the purpose of staying and then cost is too much high. And then owener also very rudely behaviour not give respect to the people Not safe for family beacause. In that hotel beside there was bar. Feel unsafe for family

ಶಿವಮೊಗ್ಗ ದಿಂದ ಸಾಗರ ಸಿಟಿಗೆ ಪ್ರವೇಶಿಸುವ ಆರಂಭದಲ್ಲೇ ಅಗ್ರಹಾರ ಬಸ್ ನಿಲ್ದಾಣದಿಂದ ಸ್ವಲ್ಪ ದೂರದಲ್ಲೇ ಈ ಹೋಟೆಲ್ ಸಿಗುತ್ತದೆ.

Situated just beside at Ganapathi lake, near by to the Sagar town.has a restaurant as well.food was nice.

Not neatly maintained rooms, the things in room such as TV, bedspread, fan knobs are all not maintained. The accessories in bathroom not maintained well. Only good thing is the location of Hotel.

Very nice place to stay on BH road Sagar, backside beautiful sandry of Ganapati lake and more number of devotional places nearer to it.the service was good

Nice place to stay rooms are small but comfortable. No tv is there in the rooms. Just outside there is a lake nice view. Hot water for bath only comes in the morning till 8: 30.

The rooms and bathroom is clean and bed was comfortable but pillow was kinda hard to sleep with that. Overall the place was amazing and i had a great sleep and spent nice time with my family!

Please check the condition of the room before booking or paying the advance payment. The hotel is in good location but still have to improve the condition and fecilities of the rooms.

One of the oldest lodging in sagar town. Over the period of time they have lost the charm and presently to revive themselves they renovating rooms, restaurant section and party halls. Have stayed here before and recently stayed here for a night which was not a good experience to say. Non of the rooms Have Ac so that's a disadvantage. Parking space is ample. I hope to visit again once the construction and renovation is done.hope they are back in the game.

Worst hotel. Not properly maintained.its really annoying to take family to this hotel.bad smell from bar and restaurant facility is very disturbing.

Better one. If you are searching for rs. 600-700 range, this is better one. I did visit some other lodges, but they were not so clean, not maintained neatly. It doesn't mean this lodge is 100% clean but better than other lodges.

Not good or not bad it's just ok it's near main road and also there is an lodge beside parking feature price is little bit high service is good juice items are not good

Worst experience. Fan serves for walls, fan air doesn't reach cot, will reach only walls. Windows can't be closed, with mosquitoes around and without fan air it serves sleepless night to guests. Bed quality is worst. Inviting sleepless night by paying in thousands.

One of the worst stay experience. The rooms are so dirty, doesn't look like it's been cleaned in months. The bathroom doesn't have hot water after 8 in morning. The extra mattress and bedsheets they provided had so many stains and hairs and clearly have not been washed recently. The power was out all day long and they did not turn on the generator saying that they don't provide service in morning. All this is in the costliest suite in the building. So not worth for the money. Never stay in this place. They probably will go out of business soon. The restaurant conditions are also equally pathetic with Spider webs on the table and unhygienic food. Far cry from a 3 star hotel they claim to be.

The service was only good thing here, the rooms were pathetic. The guy in the lobby was savior though.

Budget Property situated near the lake, in need of overall maintenance. Staff are decent, good only if you have no other option for the night. There is a bar next door and all you hear is the noise of folks and bottle's being dumped

Decent and good hotel for the price. We stayed there for a night and was pleased with their hospitality. There is a restaurant next to the Hotel which has good south Indian Veg food

It's right beside Shree Sagar restaurant and I think both are partners and they provide good service.

Lodge is decent. The veg restaurant used to be good initially, but then it has become horrible lately.

Worst Service. Hotel is out dated. Worst maintenance. Dirty bedsheets & Rooms are smelly. No lift.first they will try to accomodate top floor rooms stating that the rooms in Ground & 1st floor are full even though there are no guests. Room service staff not available. Intercom Will not work. Lazy staff in reception.
