Hum. Went for only having lunch. Service is really gentle. But they should make sure about Deserts. Overall peaceful place to have family get to Gether.

Very worst hotel, owner behevior also not good
Simply charging unnecessary, food is too cost, I am not recommending this hotel.

Rooms are good. Service is a concern here, they doubt you for every single thing and ask a lot of questions.
Weird behaviour by every individual.
Location wise it's fine, rooms are also fine. Service is a major thing which they need to realise. The tariffs sometimes are too high on online aggregators.

It was unfortunate that when we visited the place it had a faulty lift and our rooms were in 3rd floor and we had senior citizens.

Due to pandemic the restaurant was not open hence we had to get food orders from outside.

Overall besides that the rooms are good and economical. There is lots of parking space available.

The reason for giving a 5-star rating is that without pandemic, this hotel deserves it.

Most dirty, no clean, no service worrall bad experience.
And also no driver washrooms!?
I have to report this tourism department.

Full of mosquitos? In the rooms. The Hotel is only for the show outside. Inside worst worst experience. People who visit Sindhunur better to go for Lodging.

It's very surprising that good hotel staying for families in a towns like Sindhanur.

Food also very tasty and hygiene.

It's a all in one place. The various options in the place are restaurant, bar and both normal and suite rooms. The rooms are not over pricy.

It's a 3star luxuries hotel good facility and room service also available and food facility parking bar and restaurant function hall meeting hall also there.

Superb and clean hotel. The food here tastes so good especially the biryani was so good and u should never miss the fruit punch at the end.

I visited to restaurant today with my family of 7 people including kids and had a worst experience, come out without having food. At least 3-4 tables were free but not cleaned the leftovers from other customers. First requested the waiter to clean, he said yes I will and he did not clean, later asked the staff who takes the order he also said the same and later I requested the restaurant manager to clean table. He said he will do it. Nothing happened still working the tables were not clean. When one of the waiter was cleaning I asked him to clean the table. He said have to wait until the other table is free. All the restaurant staff is very unprofessional and rude. They needs proper training how to talk to customers.

Rooms are excellent but Customer Service not upto the mark. They have to groom a lot in terms co-coordination with customers.

Love to stay here, the best hotel in Raichur district, good food, but we need to wait 20-30 minutes to enjoy the same

A gem in a middle of an humble town. Well maintained place. Hospitality and watmth provided by the staff was amazing. Very good accommodation facility along with adequate infrastructure for functions. Lawns and landscape is also well maintained adds to the experience of the place.

Best hotel in sindhanur, Beautiful outdoor Environment. Nice place to visit along with family and friends for dinner and lunch.
Beside the hotel No sound pollution its 1 KM away from city thats the reason official people looking this hotel for stay here.

Kinley mineral water they are charging Rs. 28/- plus GST for 1 litre bottle if questions they are replaying that we are managing tax department if want raise complaint you can openly replaying
