One of the most stupidest parking plannings I have come across. Security doesn’t seem to know what’s happening. Association allocating 3 visitors parking only in each cluster and the whole bloody place is an uphill slope. Really pathetic! Visitors...

This property exists for almost 16~18 years, approved by BDA and built by one of the leading Developer, Purvankara with clear documents. Inside the property you will see fantastic greenary, unmatched freshness in the air, different types of birds...

After me and my family purchased a Villa since 2010. Me and my family started currently staying in that Villa since 2013 until now. The areas are very clean and neat. You can go for jogging and pass by around different villas. Neighbors over there...

Poor quality and the work is going on from 2013 but still not complete. Water and electricity is big problem. One borewell well has to shared with 130 families. Even in 2023 we are yet to get permanent electricity

It might be a bit out of city but if you dont want the hustle and bustle, the villa community is lovely.
Its very peaceful and villas are stunning.

Stay away.
Phase 1 can be penalized and phase 2 might be halted anytime as it falls close to green zone and small lake. Same is the years for years of delay.
