I recently moved out of this property.
Pros:
1. A naturally lit 1200+ sqft 2BHK apartment
2. Caretakers are very helpful
3. Away from the main road so no constant noises
4. Hassle free life as only 1 bill is there unlike other places rent, gas, electricity, wifi, etc.
5. Ample parking space.
6. Community events hosted by Housr/Stayabode
7. Uncommon but only 22 mins from Airport
8. Community Manager is very proactive to resolve any of your concerns or issues.
Since nothing is perfect
Cons:
1. Away from Central Bangalore (contradiction to pro #7)
2.10-15 m of road at the entrance was not paved so rainy days were difficult
3. Since it's a low rise the balcony view is not that great
