Location is good just walking for Karle Town, have a lovely food insite and outside. Helpful desk for services needed

Room is good but hotel don't have somany things for example baby cot not available car always in sun only. Morning breakfast is very avarage I stay for 3 days. Expired chicken sandwich after complaint they changed after all juice including milkshake is like water I never expect this service my only big complaint is chef only. More item available but tast is very very avarage all 3 days same story. Staff are very good.

Gym trainer - Gagan is fantastic. He is very professional and has a deep knowledge of various exercises. He deserves a raise.

Unfortunately was the hotel overbooked in the first night and no room was available for me. Even with a confirmed reservation. Alternative was a meeting room offered for sleeping. Never such a bad organized hotel.

Nice and very professional staff, specifically falguni hostess very caring and professional, would definitely be coming regular going forward.

It was a great experience over here. Very good and quality food. Staffs service is very good. Welcome style of Falguni is very good & impressive.

Hotel is wonderful in terms of infrastructure. Rooms are spacious and very well organised. Rooms are allocated acc to ur need (smoking or non-smoking) Cleanliness is maintained in the room and aslo in the corridor. Room service takes a lil time but that's fine.

People visit this hotel at offen and offen to spend a weekend and chill. I visited thrice. Its always been a great experience and this time was no different. The rooms are good. Reception services, room service, in room dining, house keeping are all excellent. Very well trained and responsive staff. The choice of restaurants is also good but we normally eat the buffet. It is superb. Excellent service too.

Expensive and not worth for money.unhygienic and poor service.
Nobody attends the table, hair accompanies the food and fly sits on the plate and No AC.

Went there to attend a seminar. Was a life changing experience.

For people outside Bangalore:
Hotel is very posh and good. But the location is not up to the mark (It cant be changed though)
If you are searching room better search near by area like kalyannagar, HBR layout. Thanissandra/Nagwara not a good place to stay.

Very nice place for office meeting and corporate party. It's very neat and clean. Employees are here is so helpful and politie. Location is too good and public transport is also available frequently.

The buffet is too costly. AB is very much better than this and is half of its price.
They have only 2 starters and no proper items.
It's waste of money

Located on the 2nd floor of Howard Johnson Hotel. Stayed here for a business trip. Buffet spread is huge and varied and contains multiple cuisines. Although due to a number of foreigners staying in the hotel the spice palette is a bit on the lower side.

Restaurant is small. Ambience is good. But the main problem is that the food is not that great. Starters are good but the main course is just average. Considering the cost of the buffet the taste is not satisfactory. The choice is also limited. The main dissapoinemt is the sweets. Gulab jamun is like we made at home, not expecting it from a good restaurant like this. Also the other desserts are not good. I don't think we will come again.

Good food, but not at all happy with the service.
It took them about 2 and half hours to prepare and finish serving our meal. There were only 2 waiters and one of them was an intern. They also messed up one of our orders. But looking at other reviews, we probably just visited on in if their worst days.
Here's my department wise review which might give you a better idea on whether you'd want to visit.

Taste - 4.5 stars, the "Popper's bucket" is a must have. The main course, I felt was not at their potential best. Desserts were good too and the "Opera" is a must have.

Quality of food - 5 stars.

Quantity of food - 4.5 stars. Pretty decent.

Ambience - 5 stars.

Service - 0.5 stars, just because they probably had a shortage of employees on the particular day and one of them was an intern. But it was on a public (weekday) holiday, so they ought to be better than that.

Politeness - 2 stars. The other waiter (not the intern) was somewhere between "not kind" to "rude", tending towards the latter. We had to ask for a refill of our glasses of water multiple times, while having to wait about 2 and a half minutes each time to get water! He also messed up 2 of our orders. And our meal took about 3 hours, with us having to wait 45 mins after we had finished our starters, to get half of our (wrong) main course, and about 25 mins to get the rest.

Visited on my anniversary.my wife had booked table they surprised us with the beautiful arrangement they made for us. Food and mocktail was icing on the cake.

The mutton biryani is a must with assortment of Indian sweets like moong Dal halwa and orange pedha were a delight.

Rooms are clean. All needed comfort for international business travellers. But nothing fancy, no wahoo effect. Situated on a busy road (handy but noisy). Food choice and quality are good but after a few days you may want to find alternatives elsewhere as the buffet is fairly identical every time (consistently good but boring)

I had the worst experience ever for booking today. My call was transferred 4 times and the last person too could not give me a correct quote as I wanted to book a table for a date in December. Each said my senior will talk to you and so on.he could even talk properly.the senior, one Mr Lytton was nowhere around.

Good quality of food is available in one of their party halls called Dublin, which is perfect for certain occasions and is not too heavy either. People who want spicy food may not like it but it is good for get together events like team lunches, anniversaries, marriage receptions, etc.

Good ambience, good staff, not crowded. You can easily spend 3 hours of your time and never know how the time flies.

It is a little bit on the pricey side. Food is neatly balanced between spicy and non spicy.

Great place for corporate client visits. But don't expect Leela palace like treatment.

Pretty descent space for organising family events. I attended a birthday party and the place was nice. The interiors and lightnings are pretty cool.

Please don't plan any team lunch or dinner in this hotel. I went on 12/Dec/2018. Myself and my colleagues got stomach upset and food allergy. I need to suffer by taking extra medicines. Cheap hotel.

Stayed there for a business trip in Bangalore for 2 weeks. I must say, it was one of the best hotel stays I ever had including business travels in the US. Room was quite cozy, filled with all required amenities including iron & iron-bed and had a super clean bathroom accompanied with excellent room service. Can't help but give a pat to the room-service team for their outstanding work. I would like to mention names of Sudharshan, Manju K and Nagaraj of House keeping team for their outstanding work. The stay came with elaborate and delicious breakfast buffet in the hotel restaurant; tried buffet spreads in lunch and dinner, too - decent choices in veg & non-veg. Best part about the restaurant floor is courteous staffs and their diligence in addressing needs. Last but not the least, how can I miss the hospitality of front-desk folks? Its a vigorous and energetic team who were always easy to access at every odd hour. Including smooth check-in, check-out, extension of stays and everything in between they made sure a friction less stay.

Rooms are nice. Pool area not so great as in the pictures. A bit of slowness in the service. Good food but not that Grant selection.

Excellent luxurious hotel. Very good buffet breakfast. Nice amenities including swimming pool, sauna and gymnasium.

Nice buffet lunch. Visited as a group of 20 people and managed to get a decent price. Selection of food items has become much better in recent times. Highly recommend it for corporate or team lunch or gathering.

It's situated near elements mall nagawara, people those who want to go mall they get confused and come to this place and security used to guide them. The ambience was good. No one was there to have food. I really didn't like the food and it's costly. Less varieties. Very average I would say. Instead you can look for better place

Very good place. Air conditioning on demand was not controlled. Hot water on demand was not served. Wallet parking is available, but had to wait for 20 minutes to get the car back from parking lot.

Bang on the bush road, but once you enter its a soothing world. The ambience and the aura are very pleasing. The food spread could have included more variety. An advantage is that it's nearer to the airport, hence some relief.

I just attanded a soical event. I didn't find anything bad about the place just little more visibility would be appropriated as anyone can easily miss the place.

I visited this hotel long back, to say precisely, during last New Years Eve with a 1 night stay as a part of package i bought from bookmyshow and I really felt disappointed when it came to the food counters and all. They took a strategy of keeping Limited quantity and Limited supply to maintain their profitability i think which was not good.

Stay and all were okay. Nothing bad or good about it.

Atleast from now, don't offer something if you cannot fulfill. Please keep in mind that we/consumers have other options and we will go for it. Don't ruin those moments by offering something you can't deliver.

Location is pretty good. Wallet parking and staff are very nice. Service is too food. Food I found many many varieties. Overall good experience.

It was okay.but it's facilities and staff has not been able to live up to the status of a 5 star property.especially location is low standard and areas around it are stingy.prices are very high for stay.so it was disappointing after paying so much.it should reduce it's rates and then it would become a decent hotel for 3 star category property
