We took a private package trip to Bhutan from Hoysala Tours & Travels Pvt. Ltd.from Jayanagar, Bangalore. We went there on a reference from my friend. We were helped by Mr. Balaji for this trip. He took care of customizing the trip, advising us about the weather, things to do etc. He also helped with checking in the flights, managing the right itinerary etc. They had tied up with Neptune Holidays (local travel service provider in Bhutan) which provided us excellent service right from the time we landed in Bhutan till we were sent off. Overall, we are very happy in choosing Hoysala and thankful to Mr. Balaji for making this trip flawless.

The package provided by Kavitha was good, we all friends enjoyed thanks Kavitha for arranging a well organised trip package to Dubai.

We went on a 7-day trip to Manali, Shimla, Kausali, and Chandigarh. This is my second family trip with Hoysala Tours and Travels. My first trip was to Kerala.

Thanks to Mr. Hanmuntharao. He was simply amazing and arranged the best service. All hotel bookings were excellent, and the cab driver was very friendly and helped us cover most of the places in the available time.

I got it in touch with Kavitha, she told us she will get back to us with the Dubai visa and tourist attraction package, she did not so we called to check about the status of the package.she said she had no time to do this for us as she had many files already.what kind of behaviour is this? Then why are you travel agents if you don’t help people in their holiday packages? Expected so much more after seeing the reviews. So disappointed

We had a memorable trip very well organised by Kavitha. Especially the whatsapp group usage during the travel has been extremely useful. Motivated by the reviews went in this place to plan my upcoming trip. But was thrown aback by the behaviour of the staff, they were rude, disinterested and not willing to help. Pathetic! Will never look back there.

We planned our trip for ooty and Mysore for 3 days and we booked Hoyasala travels in Bangalore and we paid 100%advance for our tour expenses, when the enquiry time they behave nicely but after receiving the payment travels person response is worst and even travels did not cover places in Ooty again We put our money to visit some places and after in Mysore they did not provide accommodation at the time 12am We suffered alot. If any body planning to this travels better don't visit and don't enquire this travels. We never seen such a worst travels.

Usually i go to corporate travel companies for my domestic/ foreign trips. I hesitate to go for private operators as they may not keep up schedules.
But, first time when i went to book for Katmandu, hoysala tours told me that they will arrange my entire Nepal tour.
I agreed and started from Bangalore.
I was really astonished to experience the fantastic arrangements made by Nepal counterparts starting from our pickup from Kathmandu airport to hotel.
They are very punctual, helpful, caring, accurate.
I enjoyed entire trip till return to Bangalore.
Especially Ms.kavitha helped a lot from beginning to end.

Took their help for Malaysia visa. They are transparent and efficient. Clearly gave the visa options and rightly advised the suitable one (Malaysia entry note), which is economical. I referred a bunch of my colleagues and all positive feedback.

Never book your tour package here. They don't provide facilities as listed in the package. We booked andaman package and had our worst tour experience ever. They will ask you to full amount before the trip. Don't ever do it.

Useless fellow Rajesh, he spoiled our Bangalore, Mysore, Ooty trip. Took money in advance but neither booked hotel nor transport. He made us wait on the road outside airport at 4am for 3 hours.
Never book your trip with him and soil. Never pay him any advance.

Booked a trip to Dubai for my husband and son for a week, during Diwali. It was arranged and executed as per the itinerary. Worst people.we had booked package tour to Hyderabad for 45 people.they was no guide worst hotel with worst food that you could ever imagine and AC bus was useless with full of moustoies.totally ruined all 45 people jounery.do not book with these cheaters they will promise all possible things which they never provide in there package tour. I will assure they will spoil your trips as well
