It was the best shoping experience that I ever had. The staff was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful, answering all of my questions and providing great advice on the products I was interested in. Overall, I highly recommend this store and customer service was top-notch, and I will definitely be returning in the future.

I went for laptop service and the experience was good. They opened the laptop in front of me and then the engineer serviced it.

Disappointing and bad experience. Had a web cam issue. After getting laptop back from service got a display problem. Went back to check it up n now have to change the display screen. Before giving it for repairs it was working fine.

I told the guy didn't have the problem before but he is like it is an electronic item. N then he was like why I gave it to them if I didn't trust them. Reasons:
1. Brand name
2. The reviews
3. Closeness to my location during this Covid19 time.
Unfortunately none worked for me.

Cons of the service:
1. When I first called, they initially mention under warranty repairs not done.
2. They took a day to figure out the web cam problem and then another to repair.
3. I had to follow up couple of times.
4. When after the first repair, got a virus update from internet security. Had it on the day when laptop was left with them n external device was used.
5. After the main web cam solution, a bigger problem of display happened which was never there earlier.

I know you said you have great customer service record. But I didn't have one unfortunately.
