Worst center.no response.
They change the words.
They promise something and they give you something.
It's just a workshop.
Not at all worthy.

I have visited recently for my bike service.
People are very helping in nature.
They listen all the bike issues facing and throwly checked.

They have a pick up and drop service as well.

I just want to see the latest bikes I we t inside showroom. Throw those people know I am not going to buy vehicle they explained everything about the vehicle which I asked for.

They won't fix the problem or hearing customer request. They are robots, just took the vehicle for clenaing (they called servicing) and loot the amount.billing person behave rude manner.

Gave my jupiter for 1st paid servicing. They have done Clutch OVERHAUL for a new scooter just after 5k km in my trip meter which costs 400 rupees. Clearly this was not communicated while giving the vehicle for service and estimation was only 1000 rupees. Polishing charges 70. Seems a tip. Total cost is 1374/- rupees is only for OIL CHANGE and mentioned no issues in scooter while giving for service.

Review for My TVSJupitor Service-

This Varthur Centre provides an average level of service for customers. While the staff is generally friendly, the quality of work can be hit or miss. They didn’t take proper input from customers that need to fix in service nor they explain the breakdown estimate for your bike service. However, the centre does have a good inventory of spare parts, and the turnaround time for routine services is generally reasonable. They don’t have waiting area so you have to leave your bike and need to come again after 3-4 hours once they call you.
Cost -1400 for normal service
Time - 4 hours
polishing exclude in service charge extra 60Rupees.
Overall, Service Centre does not offer some attractive benefits for customers so it is not the most reliable option for servicing your vehicle unit it is free service.

Showroom manager and staffs are polite. They give precise explanation on the features of the vehicles of tvs

Good service center with low charges compare to near by tvs authorised dealers, u can cross check with near by marthalli and hope form tvs showrooms and u will save minimum 300 to 500 rs per service comparatively.

Worst service. Mechanics will not tell exact price.we went for starting problem and they said they will check and confirm but they have opened all the parts and told it might charge around 7k. Then we denied and thought of taking the bike. But it was not starting at all.

This showroom mechanics are very cheating and they just loot the money from customers.

Never purchase bikes or go for servicing.

Very worst service i dropped my vehicle for axilator cable change they broked my scooter front position it's completely gone now I experienced very worst service from them.

Nice Tvs showroom compared to others.
They care about our bikes like a baby.
But the thing is they will not communicate internally.
And they will argue with people.

The sales pitch is good until the vehicle is sold. The after sales service is highly disappointing which i have highlighted to showroom team personally as well (multiple times). They promise the reminder calls post sales on first few free services when due. Pls don't rely on them as they wouldn't call and then you might end missing on few free ones. No adjustments on their part even if they miss reminding you on due dates. Likewise even to get the bike delivered back home (i stay nearby), be ready for sending multiple chasers and they are least bothered to follow their self committed TAT.

Bought TVS Jupiter from here. Whole staff is very professional and soft spoken.
Rajasekhar needs a special mention. He attends all queries patiently and helps you decide buying options.
I have also been getting the scooter serviced here. Overall very good experience and would highly recommend for buying 2 wheeler from here.

Double check while taking delivery of new vehicle, here they will take new vehicles to backside workshop before delivering. Some parts may be changed. Charging 900 rs extra for side stand & mirrors, these r extra parts. It's hilarious.

Don't exchange bike here, very less price quote you will get, compare to the market and other dealers.

Its Ok to do your bike/scooty service here not to mention but only tvs one. Staff is friendly and coprative, servicing charges are bit high here so its upto you to go with them or outside. For scooty they charge 1450 rs approx and if the will change snything then it will keen on adding to your bill. While you can get in done in 600 rs in outside.
The one thing i observed is, they are taking a lot time for servicing and if they will tell you to come 3pm to take your bike/ scooty, you should go 4 pm otherwise they will spoil your time.
Rest all is ok

Very very very worst experience with the servicing. They don't even listen to customer explanation. My ntorq has obling issue from the day one and I have complained about the issue multiple times but they're are not least bothered to check the issue. Very disappointing with the post sale service. I strongly don't recommend servicing in this showroom

We visited this place for purchase of TVS heavy duty purchase for my dad. They provide the best price in the city, and very kind staff who treats you well. We visited different show room before visiting this place, compared to other show room, this place offered the same vehicle almost at 5k less without any negotiations itself. And there were no hidden charges for extra accessories as well. They explained everything prior to purchase, and delivered as per the commited timelines. Really want to appreciate them and wants everyone to visit once before purchasing from other show room, you will see the difference

Very quick and friendly people.fixed my old tvs Jupiter that hardly was used for 3 years. I m happy with their service and would go to them for any fixes in the future.

I liked the experience. Mechanics are professional and explained the problem. And charged as per the standard charges listed in there center.

I liked the service. They made sure that all the things are checked and all screws are tightned well. Where ever they find flaws in bike, they took care of it.

I use to get my bike service from kubera motors and there also I make sure that all the things are done infront of my eyes only.but after seeing service in Hruthik, I came to know that kubera were not even doing half of it.

Every where you will find some flaws but since you go to service station to increase your bike performance which these people do so hence those small small points can be ignored.

Worthy enough to be be there.

Have done servicing from two other TVS showroom comparatively this is better. Also service staff listen and any post issue after servicing you can go and will get sorted out.

Showroom is good, but vehicle service is not at all good, I gave my scooter for service with more than 2.5 ltr petrol in it, but after the service my scooter had only 0.7 ltr of petrol, also seems like they have used my scooter for personal use, coz ODO reading was more, very pathetic service and very unprofessional

Hi, I was there for service of my scooter Ntorq. Well in simple words these guys are great.

I have gone there for 3rd time and every time they have been really good from offering good service to vehicle as well as clients by offering tea.
Transaction are clean.
Vehicle kept well in case of overnight parking.

Overall very good

Only looking for billing prospective. Not suggested for detailed bike service. They don't have much knowledge. Choose other service center if possible

The best service, handling customers mannerly and very well. No hidden charges, trained staffs and good service. I recommend this service center.

I went to enquire about the NTorq. The lady explained to us all pros and cons quite efficiently. Quote they provided seemed to be the best. Very impressed with the service.

Very friendly sales staff, small showroom and i know my friend who gets his TVS Jupiter all the way from Bidadhi to get it serviced here
