i145 Hotel

The hotel has been renamed MASTIFF INFANTRY BENGALURU. It's the best business hotel one can expect at a relatively budget price.

The location is very good. Staff is very cordial. Hotel is a bit old though. They did not have a restaurant when we visited so they asked us to order food online when needed. Breakfast is available nevertheless. It was a one day stay so overall satisfactory.

I had a club sandwich from this place. It was decent. Service was good like all other sarovar portico hotels.

Had been here for a conference.
The staff were good and the place is in the busy road however, the interior is well designed and has enough space to conduct business meetings, conferences as such.
Overall it was a good experience being there.

One of the worst hotel. They will close very soon. Breakfast never imagined that much worse. They don't know how to make tea.

Awesome value for money. The hotel is a steal for its price. Also, MoXa Bistro is a must try. We ordered about 6 items (veg, non veg) - all were good. Strongly recommend. The new management has done a great job in turning over the hotel.

It's ok to stay for a night, but the front desk is very poor and they are not sure about their policies and I checked in at 5 45 am, I booked through phone direct to hotel, the check in was not good, first they said no need to pay, I can pay at check out, again they call to room and said I have to pay full amount with out manners, then a guy from front desk started talking I have to check out next day at 6 am even in phone they agreed at 8.30 am check out and he is talking without manners and with out knowing complete policies of hotel, then I requested those guys of front desk to connect their manager, they said ok but till my check out at next day 6 am I didn't find manager, how ever manager is kind and gentle and I came to know real policies, I request management to maintain their three star status by keeping some well trained person all the 24 hours instead of keeping some traine, however there is a pillar in my room and AC is not coming to bed it's 205, but rooms are well maintained, food is good, room service is gentle, hot water is good, restaurant is limited with menu some items in menu are not available, how ever booking directly to hotel is waste, you can book through make my trip as check in not differs
But it's a good hotel to stay for night if you got offer, choose the room before you check in
