Tucked away in a corner it's easy miss, also ideal for college kids to spend time around, limited staff and service

This place is located in a very nice locality in indiranagar. Ample space to park the car under tree shadows. The seating inside the shop was near and well spaced (5/5)

We tried the top 3 best sellers of Ibaco- Fruit mix, raja bog and lychee. No disappointments there. Ice creams were delicious and the quality of the ingredients were good. However, the taste of artificial flavors were slightly dominating on the raja bog variant, (4/5)

The catch is here- 'Pay per gram'. So if you order for a scoop of icecream, they will scoop it up in a way that each scoop would weigh above 150 grams. Pls note that the general weightage of a scoop is ~80gms. Net net, you end up paying ~Rs200 for one scoop which is exorbitantly high for an artificial flavoured icecream. Even weird, they won't reduce the size of the scoop after putting it in the paper cup. I would say this is a 'strategic trap' to milk out the customers. For this weird behaviour, I would rate their customer service as (1/5)

Net net, if you want to spend some leisure time with family in a peaceful place and are fine with an artificial flavoured icecream, head out to this place- but just call out the size of the scoops appropriately while ordering the icecreams.

They have different flavors of ice creams. My favoritites are the blueberry cheesecake and strawberry cheesecake ice-creams. They offer delivery through Swiggy and Dunzo.

Ibaco, place where you can enjoy varieties of ice cream under one roof. It is 935. Rs per kg, whatever you order. Apart from icecream you can enjoy ice cream cakes, chocolates from ibaco. All tastes superb. Ice ream lovers, if you wanna enjoy, pls do visit ibaco Indiranagar. Neat hygenic and well sanitized. No problem with parking place, you can park anywhere in that road.

Really like the spread of Cakes, Popsicles & variety of ice creams. They sell by weight which gives you a whole lot of customization options. Price is on the cheaper side as well for such a beautiful set-up & large number of flavours

Great dark choclate ice creams. They bill by weight so you have many options to customize the flavours, toppings and the quantity.

The ice Cream I tasted like never before the ice cream lovers to try and it's a must try. My tummy is so ful and happy thanks to ibaco?

If we call to the number to place an order, they will answer the call and put it in busy mode.next time wen we try to call it will not get connected.terrible customer service.

I have been here many times. I love the taste of the ice cream and the number of flavours available. Their icecream cakes are awesome. Today I have tried their new launch, chocolate filled with Alphonso mango, and absolutely loved it. Coming back for taste the other flavours soon.

Very tasty ice creams.ice cakes are not available as slice.but only at half kg. Management should make ice cake sale in slices.

The brand.product. Ambience.all good except the staff. They need to be more customer friendly and not chat amongst themselves in the back room

It is a nice, cozy place. Unfortunately they don't give you ice cream cake slices. Very disappointed. But then you can order a full called for celebration and the called are awesome.

The pros of this place are their standard pricing, the custom toppings with which you can make any flavour you want, and they allow you to bring your own reusable containers. Their ice cream cakes are really good, a must try over and above their usual ice creams.

Cool, decent, calm place to spend time having ice cream. I am a ice cream lover. I used to go Ibaco regularly.

Good ice creams. But be aware of the fraud the biller does. They ask u to eat first and last after u have finished. Later they will cheat by showing wrong weight of what was purchased.
Eg, it was 277gms. But they billed for 429gms. We had nothing to ask or say as we had no proof.
Humans cheating humans. The boys working there are real cheaters. Be careful.

The flavour scoop we had was Lavender and Apricot delight, my god it was divine Ibaco never fails to amaze us.

They sell by weight. The guys in the store cheat with weights And charge high. You have to be very cautious and attentive while billing and weighing. Else u get cheated easily. Bad ppl exists every where. Owner might not even known about this. Very unhappy to see such cheap business

I m very happy to found ice cream cake over here after searching each n every cake shop, everyone was happy to have the cake n taste was good, hope to get other flavors n option to choose more Thanks Ibaco.

Too costly since PRICE is not displayed while selecting. For the same may or less you can enjoy food at MTR

Friendly place to buy, I have been regularly buying from here, there is a small short guy, very good service and polite, suggest the ice cream flavor, very nice,

Place is slightly inside from Indiranagar main area. So parking was not a trouble. Even though the outlet was smaller than an usual Ibaco, it had all the usual options available.
