Best service by Dharshan and team, they are kind to everyone and they are doing a good Job

As usual the taste of their product and ambience was commendable.

But there was something unusual this time.the staff, was being very rude.not only with me but also with the other customers as well.
I don't understand what harm customers cause by charging their phone.
Best service is not the service done when everything is optimal.best service is something which is done when things are at worst, the attitude of the person serving wasn't acceptable. I hope the franchise lays some emphasis on this particular issue, and provide reasoning if found something wrong in what I've put up.

People might be in emergency situations and I feel IBACO adds little compassion and empathy training to their employees.

Terrible delivery experience. The staff called to tell me my order was out of stock, unfortunately no one at the store spoke anything other than Kannada. I was then asked to either take another item (which costed 20% less) in place of it, or to edit the item out of my order. When I said that wasn't possible and I was unwilling to take a lower priced item, I was told that the order couldn't be cancelled on the restaurant's end and nothing else was possible.

Great icecream! So smooth, so tasty. Especially tender coconut flavour. Too good. Costly place though.

Nice place to sit and chill staff are also polite but the ice cream price is little higher

Peaceful atmosphere. Friendly staff. Great variety of flavors! Ice cream sold by weight. Currently 112 rs / 100 g. My cup w 2 scoops w nut topping came to about 300rs
I had a fig and honey scoop and a jackfruit scoop.there were bits of figs and jackfruit in the respective flavors.
They also offer chocolate truffles and ice cream cakes, which I didn't try, but they look very beautiful.
The A/C was quite chilly, especially while eating ice cream. Place is very clean.

Ibaco charges you based on weight, so this is a drastically different business model from most other places. But still it's an ice cream parlour, with a wide range of toppings. The chocolate sauce catches my attention among the other options like nuts, chocolate vermicelli, blue berry sauce, you get the idea.

So the chocolate sauce freezes over the ice cream, I inveriably compare it to corner houses non freezing sauce, kudos to their recipe. And ibacos turns to a chocolate layer. Their similar yet world's apart, goes well with MahaRaj Bhog surprisingly.

11-11 that's a pretty long work day, it helps with last minute cravings xD. Great place for family, friends or your S. O. They also play this elevator music that's keeps the silence out. Worth a visit if you've never been there. ️
