The staff is not good and they will not give the respect to the customers.please don't visit the Ibaco. I m not sure what management is doing here? What ever u will ask about the product but they will not responding to u. I had very bad experience with them

There's a lot of variety, but they hardly change. The ice cream textures are good though.

Good variety of ice creams and toppings available. The outlet also has a variety of ice cream cakes and chocolates.

Good and standard ibaco. The best thing about them is customisation. But the seating is quiet not enough. The ambiance is good. Their shakes are also really good.

Worst and rude customer care, Specifically one guy who did the billing, I went there with two kids and ordered two box icecream with chocolate syrup too, One of my kids in between she finished the chocolate syrup, so i went and ask him to give syrup, But that rude guy rejected so badly in front of kids, I told him i will pay him extra for that even though he didn't give, Such a stupid and arrogant people never seen and behaving so badly in front of kids, After seeing this my 8 year old kid only said, we don't need from here this guy is so rude, Atleast kids have that manners and sense to talk. Shame on such a big ice-cream vendors, Its not about cash, its about the behaviour,
Owners please appoint some customer who should know how to react to customer,

Love the ice cream. Been having ibaco ice creams over 7 years now. This particular outlet however is filled with inefficient workers. At times, clueless and even rude to customers. They start shooing their customers by literally 10 pm. Note there is no signage that says that. While we don't want it to open till 12 but atleast keep it open till 11 ish. So many people including families go for ice cream post dinner and those moments mean something for them. Even when the products are nice, handful of employees are capable of hurting the brand with their behavior.

Customized ice cream options are really great with add on toppings. Pay by weight option is unique for ice cream parlors. I really liked it though.

Staff is polite and helpful especially in understanding the order process here.

They have huge range of ice cream flavours along with a variety of ice cream cakes and chocolates.

Tiramisu flavor is newly introduced so gave it a try. It has a good punch of coffee flavor.

I would say Ibaco serves one of the creamist ice-creams.

It's a good place to have ice-cream. They have lots of flavours in ice-cream. I usually visit the place to have ice-cream float. The ambience is good and the staff is courteous. They sell ice-cream cakes and chocolates as well.

Even though I've passed this store several times, I never got a chance to go in. Finally, last week I was there to satisfy my sugar cravings. I was pleasantly surprised with the flavors on offer and I settled with Strawberry Cheesecake and Tiramisu. It was very good and flavorful, and it was served by weight. I like the concept where you pay for what you eat:) the store was short on staff hence there was a delay, but I hope they improve the service levels, and maybe the service staff could smile a little bit. Overall a good experience and you can visit if you're in for some fun flavors.
