Mr Suresh is a very good host taking card of you right from your check in time. Location is on top of a small hill with nice nature view from cottages. You get very nice home cooked vegetarian food here.non veg they will get u from outside on request but I suggest stick to the delicious veg dishes prepared here itself.

Ibbani homestay is a great place to stay if someone is visiting Sakleshpur. We a group of 6 people stayed at this homestay last week and the experience was amazing. The food and hospitality was A class. A huge shoutout to Mr. Suresh, the estate owner. We thoroughly enjoyed the early morning walk through the woods and playing with Bheema and I would recommend and like to come back to this stay whenever we visit Sakleshpur again.

The rooms weren't that good but the person is a very nice man! He and his wife made us delicious breakfast! It's close to the fort! The rooms could have been better

Ibbani Homestay quite exceeded my expectations in terms of location and stay. The cottage I stayed on 15th and 16th of this month was well-maintained and very clean and comfortable; the open veranda and the room with all the windows and door open provided a tranquil place that I hoped for. The homestay is on a hill and the cottage inside the lush green farm overlooked distant mountains and a valley below with paddy fields. Hosts Suresh and Kanthi were extremely friendly and caring and the homely vegetarian food was super - especially the Bisibele bath, Puliyogere etc. A great place to relax.

It was the best experience ever! The owners are very sweet! The food was amazing! Everything about the place is so calming and beautiful!

Ibbani home stay was a wonderful place to relax and enjoy the beautiful Sakleshpura atmosphere. Mr. Suresh, is a wonderful host. He made sure our stay was comfortable and was very accommodative. The cottage was clean and well maintained. Last but not the least, the food provided by Mr. Suresh and family were home made, delicious, and healthy.

A beautiful calm place nestled in the hills near sakleshpur. The owner of the property Mr Suresh and his family are extremely care taking. The cottage is a beautiful red-oxide flooring, decorated with vintage doors and windows. The view from the room to the greens is soothing. The best part of the stay is the food. It is just out of the world, very delicious. I wanted to skip dinner for the night and just sleep but Mr Suresh didn't want me to sleep on empty stomach and brought me curd rice all the way to the cottage which was refreshing. My wife and kid had full praise for the Ghee Roast Mysuru Masala dosa, I missed it and would definately return to have it. Be it the coffee, lunch, evening's hot Masala puri or the breakfast with fluffy set dosa and the rotti, everything was so delicious. My kid enjoyed playing in sand with his cute little ever smiling daughter. Not to forget Bheema who true to his name accompanied us on the walk and guarded us. A very friendly dog and kids loved to play with him. Suresh has a huge flora and fauna and gave us so many stuffs to eat fresh from his garden. This stay was relaxing and memorable and we wish to be back soon. Thanks Suresh for making it really comfortable.

Wonderful experience with unique beautiful location of home stay, kids loved the place a lot. The hospitality of Mr Suresh and his family is very welcoming and treated us as their own family members. This is one of the most beautiful stays in sakleshpura, the location is just superb, they have got a beautiful vintage theme to the cottages. The food especially is super yummy and homely. Host Mr Suresh Kumar is very hospitable and friendly he has got an extensive knowledge in agriculture and his approach towards sustainable profitable agriculture is very commendable.

A very nice and lovely place to stay. They have 2 cottages. The one in which we stayed had 2 double beds and was good enough for 4 adults and 1 kid. The view from this homestay is really awesome.
The place is run by Mr Suresh and he was one of the most amazing hosts I have ever come across. We requested for few snack items which wasn’t there in his menu and he asked the preparation method from us and he made it for us. Non veg items aren’t there in his menu, but he will get it for you from another place. The veg menu in this homestay are really worth it.
We requested for camp fire and within 10 mins he made it ready. I will definitely come here again

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay there at Ibbani. This place is the answer for the definition of a home stay. It felt so homely and warm, the food was really good and home like. Our hosts, Mr. Suresh Bhat sir and his family were so welcoming. I felt like I was visiting my uncle's place. The location was perfect, atop a hill overlooking the paddy fields and distant hills. The place is maintained very well too! Will be coming back to stay here.

My family's most memorable time here was celebrating Deepavali with them.
Loved the company of our 'Bheema', the big Labrador doggy and 'Chamataka' the little brave house cat.

We are group travelers and been the many places, Suresh Kumar is one of the best host we have met. Awesome food, great hospitality, very comfortable and awesome being part of nature. Serene and quite atmosphere if you want to take break from your hectic noisy city life. We definitely enjoyed our stay at Suresh Kumar's ibbani home stay.

This homestay is really fantastic. The owner treats us like their family. A complete family can visit without a second thought. The food was fantastic with very good quality.

Our stay at Ibbani was just amazing! Mr Suresh’s property is very calm, scenic and perfect for a family to spend a weekend away from traffic and pollution. The water here is so earthy and yum! And the food is mind blowing! So pure, home cooked vegetarian food served with infinite love!

Its a beautiful serene place to stay for a weekend away from all the stress. It feels like we are in the lap of nature. The cottage was well maintained and quite comfortable. Mr. Suresh is an amazing and very helpful host. Also the home cooked food (veg) was really tasty and definitely recommended.

The place is amazing. Any nature lover would love to be here once in their life for a nature's retreat. The hospitality that they provide makes you very comfortable with the place. You also get to see various rare birds and plants that was sown, grown and maintained throughout the hill by a single person.

Scenic location with a view of the Western Ghats. Staying here, you have a chance to experience the flora and fauna of Sakleshpur in close proximity. The homestay is located in a manner where it is convenient to visit tourist spots such as Bisle Reserve Forest, Patla Betta, Mookanmane Waterfalls, etc.

The homestay has all the modern amenities, and staying here is comfortable. The food here is exceptional, it was home-cooked, nourishing and tasty. The owner of the homestay, Mr. Suresh was a gracious host, and went out of his way several times to help me.

As a solo traveler, I had a very fulfilling experience and I can highly recommend it to anyone else looking to get closer to nature and seeking some peace and quiet.

Very scenic place situated amid the mountains filled with greenery. Morning view is a scene never to be missed. Far away from the hustle bustle of the city where you can relax and not to forget the tasty food served by the hosts.

Stayed for a night and day with dozen of friends. The rooms were neat and clean. We opted for pure veg and it was very tasty home made food. The owner was very humble and polite person. The location is covered by full of natural sceneries and cool climate (Especially morning view). We really enjoyed a lot. Recommended for all kind of peoples i.e, nature lovers, group of friends and new married couples can do their post wedding photoshoot also.

3. Food and snacks (Yes they also provide home made snacks like bajji,)

The place is definitely a worth visit with family and friends. Homestay is 13km from Sakleshpura town. The location is just perfect, nice view of the hills and lot of greenery around. Scenic place with great views of nearby paddy fields and hills. Fully surrounded by greenery. The time we visited was drizzling, which adds more joy to stay.

Morning 6AM view is awesome with mist in upper half and greenery in bottom half.

Would suggest to experience the stay in Ibbani home stay. Food served is veg. But being a non vegetarian I didn't miss eating non veg. One can get non veg from outside and eat. I am planning to revist soon. Lovely place. Inform the owner a week before to experience more activities.

The place is 20 km from Sakleshpur. It is beautiful and away from all the disturbance. The host and his family is very helpful and they have provided all the facilities. It’s worth every price and yes, food is the best here.

Ibbanni which means dew in kannada, lives up to the name. Nested between the coffee estates and paddy fields it a perfect place to detox yourself from the traffic and pollution. A perfect host and a very good food which feels so organic cooked by aunty makes this place a must stay. One more plus point is absolute privacy.
