Today I'm going, for interview after selecting, HR Chaitanya Sreenivas, asking for amount.

Worst interviewer I have ever meet in my entire career He is Perumal, I have cleared the first round that is hacker rank round, then scheduled for next round which is the technical round, When the interviewer started the interview he don't have the manner to start the interview not even asked me to introduced my self, directly given on program I am almost 70 done that program then he didn't wait directly gone to next question, like wise he terminate the interview in mid with very bad manner.

From the time of test drive to delivery the team was very polite, courteous, informative and overall great customer service.

IBM’s senior leader’s vision in AI and cloud is awe-inspiring. People working here in AI and cloud are amazing and truly world class! However, some architects and managers like Sudipto Pal, Aniruddha Dasgupta, Shantanu Sinha, Rana Kar hold different view points; their schools of thought is embracing following strategies:
1. UNIX/Linux based hard algorithmic approach, not AI/machine learning
2. Competitive, not collaborative work environment
3. Stick method, or punishment method rather than reward and punishment.

IBM HR policies are really great. And, IBM encourages high standard research works. So, not sure how above mentioned POV would work

I had given interview for IBM and they rejected me. To be honest technically the interview panel from Kolkata itself were very poor in technical knowledge and they were interviewing me with strong technical skills! And they have given negative feedback! So please have a good interview panel set up to interview a technical guy.
