IBNI Springs Madikeri Coorg

Actually I have been always observed wherever we stay they used to tell give ratings and reviews but this property didn’t ask us. I just want to share my experience. This property is too good and If I want to give ratings for their hospitality and staffs behaviour then I will give 100/100. What happend our bus reached to coorg at Mrng 4.30 so without calling we reached in diffrnt property actually because of auto driver and it was too dark but good thing is just we called to property number and thát property owner picked up our call then he is like wait I will be coming in 5 mins because area was too dark. He came in his car and he safely dropped us in property. I will be always grateful for this and how much I will give appreciate that won’t enough and our check-in time was 1 O’ clock but they have allowed us to check-in at Mrng 5 but we had requested also for early check-in. Wonderful stay. Waterfall is another highlight. Excellent service by the team there. If you want to be out and relax a bit, this is the place with Wonderful sceneries around with pleasant landscape you can choose.
Breakfast is good but we felt some options if given could have been better. Also, the resort could have been more better if facilities like some play area/ games has been added.

Excellent property and humble staff. Good food and amazing service. Specially their manager (Darshan) deserves a special appreciation for making our stay comfortable.

We were staying in IBNI for couple of days and the rooms and service was excellent and very warming. Especially Harrish Bhai was so sweet and his nature was too good.

A very nice place to be with family. Staying in a wooden cottage was an awesome experience. View from the balcony in the morning is very pleseant and the sound by chirping birds add to the different experience at this place. Friendly hotel staffs. The food at this place is too good and morning breakfast has good varities.

A great place to relax and have a calm stay in the coolest city of madikeri their location was not too far it is in heart of the city the ambience and resort rooms were very calm and fresh to the nature their staff were very c and friendly and the service was awesome pls do visit this place if you visit madikeri the food was top notch must try fish is fish

This place has been awesome and economical. Located nearby to all the sight seeing places. Staff were very courteous and friendly. Wooden cottages were great. It's really nice place.

Great stay to chill and relax away from city life. The property is like a farmhouse with individual room/cottage.
There is a small waterfall inside the hotel.
We booked a cottage room for 3N, the room and bathroom were clean and in good condition. They even provided early check-in at 5am morning (at no cost but based on availability)!
For amenities, you get toiletries, towels, smart TV, wifi, water. There is no AC but its not needed at all.
The restaurant provides tasty breakfast.
Food Order menu is limited but taste is good.
There is a also a common bonfire done at night

The staff is very helpful and cordial. They arrange for auto to travel to city and for other special requests too.
The place justify the photos.
Overall a very good stay and definitely worth the price!

I’ll be very honest writing this review. I stayed here for 2 days over weekend, I absolutely loved the stay. Very Beautiful property. Facilities are great. They will serve you bisleri water all the time. Breakfast is complimentary, tastes really hgood. Food is good. Service is excellent. The people here at the property are really sweet, genuine. Vibe is good. This property also has a private waterfall which is very pleasant. Special mention to the guy named John (who works here) was really kind and helpful. Overall 10/10. Totally recommended.

It was a wonderful experience, the wooden cottage are spacious and well designed. Staff are helpful and friendly, especially Harshitha who hosted us when we arrived. Food was also great. Homely food and delicious. Experience was overall great.

We had the best experience with family, great view, good hospitality, food was decent. Overall we had a great experience. Would recommend for sure. Breakfast with coffee has been the highlight.

This place was actually in the middle of nowhere and with complete greenery.however i wish they would improve the quality of the rooms and the area.as it was smelling and hygiene was a huge issue.also the food wasn't tasting good.

The staff was very helpful, non interfering but friendly.
Peaceful stay, loved the vibe of the place.
Subtle sound of the waterfall which is inside the property.
And pet lovers get to play with 4 pawsome furry friends.

Nice and clean property. We stayed in wooden cotton and they were clean. You may find small insects during monsoon and the location of the property but staff will take care of it. They offer homely food.

Wooden cottages are really nice and clean. They have a cute private waterfall in the property. They also sell quite reasonable elaichi and coffee which are 100% organic and of good quality.

It's a beautiful secreted place amidst the lush green forest and rice fields. Wooden cottages are small but beautiful. The service is ok no room service. The food menu is limited but the food is delicious. Be it morning coffee or breakfast everything has enhancing taste. Service can be definitely better. The management is good staff is friendly. Need little grooming this can be best resort in Madikeri for sure!

The place is in close proximity to the town at just about 2km away. The staff are super friendly. The wooden cottages/huts are cozy and have a wonderful view of paddy fields and mountains. The property has a little stream flowing through creating a waterfalls which kids will enjoy a lot. Food (other than brekfast) can be ordered an hr or two in advance which is tasty, hygienic, affordable and so much better than few of the restaurants in town. Hot water is available in the bathrooms all through the day. Overall a pleasant stay in the midst of nature with good food and without burning your pockets.

Staffs are very friendly and helpful.
The place where ibni located is in a rural area but it's worth staying there.

The cottages were well maintained and very tidy
But the Television in the room was not working well due to poor wifi network at ibni resort.apart from that room and bathrooms both are very good.also it has very beautiful private waterfall inside it and it's main attraction.

Apart from beautiful stay they have got 2 labradors Named cliffy and Charlie
As a dog lover we had very good time even playing with them.

The resort has its own restaurant.and food quality was awsome too.

We could get only one day booking here and overall i would say its a great place to stay when in coorg and what adds to this place is a beautiful private waterfall and offcourse good food and sceneric beauty.
Just a suggestion please offer some water or juice when guest arrive after the hairpins road hangover

Stay at ibni springs was awesome. Food was custom made and delicious. Great hospitality. Natural water falls very next to the accommodation was icing on the cake.

We used a delux room which was sufficient for 3 people and was a very good experience.

Overall it's a OK place, near the city center. Good ownership; friendly but average service from staff.

The breakfast is good, but lunch and dinner were Unacceptable (nearby Woodstock stay had good food)
The service was average, you will be forced to order food in advance since they have quite a delay.
Torn pillow covers.
Washed Clean yet bedsheets had stains.
The stone wall cottages didn't feel fresh (probably a monsoon thing) so during rainy seasons it's better you book the bamboo cottage by the paddy field.

We booked the stone wall cottages but couldn't handle the smell, the owner was kind enough to switch us to bamboo cottages.

Best experience ever! Must visit place when in coorg. Super clean, extremely friendly and cooperative staff, enthusiastic owner, Liberty to enjoy your vacation to the fulliest. The mini waterfall is cherry on the top.
We enjoyed our barbeque night like crazy and the in-house food was super delicious!

Words felt short when you experience a beautiful thing. Ibini Springs is same as that, 10 cottages nestled in between greenery and natural waterfall. Staff the backbone young and energetic with smiling face makes the stay pleasant full.
I liked the stay and wish to visit again.

Have stayed here twice in the last two months. The vibe here is amazing, especially of the room that's next to the little waterfall.
The rooms are clean with good amenities and the staff is friendly and helpful as well.

I really loved this place. Next time if I plan madikeri same place only I will go and stay. Who all are working in Ibni Springs every one are really good.
