Horrible service, I had an emergency and I had to withdraw cash, I had a cheque to encash, I went to this bank to withdraw at 2.55pm and they said not possible as the withdrwal is 2.00pm but i saw the timing and It says 3pm, i requested that it is emergency till then the manager was a lady she refused. I have seen many private banks they respect customers well and help us in situation like this, but this branch is horrible.
I had very bad experience with this bank, I had a business account (current account) from past 1 year and I had miscommunication with the bank person and I was not maintaining the account balance according to my scheme, and now they have been debited around 14k for not maintaining the balance for the month of September. And again they debited for the month of Jun. My question is why they have to debit the charges for the month of June in September? If they had debited in June I would have been alert and make sure to maintain the balance. If I ask the manager she was very rude to us saying we can not refund the amount our policy are like this only. And I told them to close the account immediately and the manager was like ON FINE but did not give any solution. Next expected this from ICICI
Bad service & poor replies.not able to access the account due to recent RBI KYC documents verification.even after submitting the same at bsk branch, the account is not Operative? Whats happening?
Worst service ever by Icici bank which I have not experienced in my last 15 years of relationship with this bank. Went to bank to enquire on an account closure message received and the manager has no patience to listen to my issues and she has no resolution available on the issue, which many customers are facing. They have made me wait for 45 mins and provided no solution. Manager is very rude in saying that she is busy with work as if all other customers have no work to do and can wait for their pathetic service. I have decided to end my 15 years relationship with the bank by closing all my accounts and credit cards.
Worst service and worst staff interaction and full worst behaviour of staff and whole banking members hope don't take any banking services from this branch worst of worst
We've been continuously following up with your executives to create a salary account since last month. There are saying they haven't received kit to create an account, but the team inside branch tells that they have provided the kits. Kindly look into this. We have 5 accounts to be created n nobody is least bothered.
I had a current account and savings account in bhanashankari branch and when I need some service no one will respond. Mr. Nagesh (Dep branch manager) is very arrogant in explaing things.kindly avoid this branch.
