ICICI Bank Bangalore-RR Nagar BEML-Branch & ATM

It is one of the worst ICICI branches in RR Nagar, I visited here for the address change, and they took the request and wrongly updated it. I visited the branch again and this time the Manager herself took the request and have not updated it.

Worst branch I ever seen
The one who is in the cash counter he doesn't know how to behave with coustomer
Whenever i visit the branch for deposit he suggest me to go for main branch (RR nagar) and deposit by mechine.worst experience

If there is a 0 star, I will give that to Icici BEML branch, I wanted to open a child account- young star account. First time I went they said I need RS 2500 and deposit of Rs. 50,000.then second time I went with all, a lady said that apart from these amounts, I need to deposit cheque of Rs, 1,00,000 and when I asked about these informations not available in website, she said they haven’t updated website yet. I am sure these are not requirements of Icici bit from this specific branch, horrible service.

What am i going to do goin g to face book and twitter, what ever thhat branch is doing is just creating their own rules and regulations and icici is not doing anything about this. I again checked terms & conditions for opening child account and no where it says about all those demand by this branch

Worst experience many times in this 3Rd rated branch from very good banking company.
Whenvever i reach this branch regarding any issue they are treated very bad. Employee working here are worst like SBI they don't know how to treat and respond. I came today here and request that i am getting some others person bank information the manager M Suma told me to wait i came around 12.50 Pm and waiting till 2 pm no response from her.i can see that ignorance from manager M Suma.

3Rd time i am facing this issues from the same lady.

I dont know how the reputed banks keep this kind of manager to serve customers
