ICICI Bank Bannerghatta Road, Bangalore-Branch & ATM

Zero customer service, Lethargic response from employees for queries asked. Employees are not trained well to cater services to user.

Hello everyone this is my genuine feedback this branch beacuse I have only small issue that one is UPI blocked I came here 2 times but problem not rectified only icic staff told you called customer care like that I tried 5 times customer care there also not good response still my concern not rectified and I have worst experience in Bannerghatta ICIC Bank.

The cash deposit machine is not working for more than a month now. Not sure what the manager is looking to.

It's a main branch in bannerghatta road and has faulty machines

Staff is friendly and wait time is reasonable. ATM deposit machine is OUT OF SERVICE most of the times.

Now that I've gone through some of the other reviews, I see I'm not the only victim of their arrogance.
This Has become a horrible branch. Reps just don't want to help. They were looking at each other's faces as none of them wanted to service even a simple deposit transaction.
This branch used to be nicer with helpful staff.

Nutan, the current Deputy Branch Manager is arrogant and refused to even have notes counted for deposit. Even when I stood at her counter, her look was as though I was a burden. I would love to see her fired.

The only saving grace was Soumya who patiently helped with the transaction. Much appreciate her positive attitude and customer-centricity.

The result of the Deputy Manager's arrogance is that I closed almost ALL of the ICICI accounts of my family members!
Come next week they'll lose the remaining accounts too.

ICICI: If you're reading this, know that this branch has become pathetic and a blot on your reputation. I've also given handwritten feedback at the branch.

Very slow branch. Have an account here if you're retired and have a lot of free time for banking

Avoid visiting this branch as there isn't anyone who knows how to tackle customer.
Not at all worthy team and Branch manager.

It was a no rush day and all the representatives appeared to be available even though no-one helped us out.

I recently opened an account in this branch, i can't use phone pay or gpay bez they didn't linked my account with my phone number, it's been 2 days since I applied for bank account and after 2days my account cheque got cleared and credited with less amount which they didn't even gave the reason why they deducted the amount it's not even mentioned in transaction. When i opened an account they said u have to give 1lakh but after checking online they said u can open an account with less amount. But then also i didn't recived the amount which i gave the cheque.

Generally ICICI Bank has good service. But this particular branch is problematic.

1. There is no direct number to reach anyone from this branch. Even the generic customer service helpline executive doesn't know the number to contact this branch.

2. Trying to convert my savings account to NRO/NRE- the contact person neither responds to my messages nor returns my calls.

3. For the FOREX card, they will not proactively help you get your balance back. While issuing it they will do it in 10 mins (because they have several charges involved in it, duh). While transferring the balance, you will have to provide umpteen documentation and even after that you will have to chase them by visiting the branch personally.

Irritating Branch Manager always hide inside room and arrogant Dy Manager lady in this bank very very rude behavior always showing attitude with customers with rough face, looking her why we enter inside the bank we will think, no respect for the customers she is not fit for that post acting like founder of icici bank. Very Upset to visit this bank. No Basic manners here. Better never open the account here. Save your time and respect.

Today i faced worst experience with bank representative.

1.worst behavior.
2.no proper infrastructure.
3.lots of waiting time.
4.biometric will not work properly and they will be operating with loose pin only and it will take lots of time.issue: first representative taking my details and in middle another representative taken tab and taking other customer details.worst behaviour.

I would have given 0 rating. Today I visited the branch for withdrawing 5 Lakhs, unfortunately the bank doesn't have cash to pay me. Asked me to later or by tomorrow. Pathetic. I have a corporate account in this branch maintaining around 30 to 50 Lakhs Account Balance. Planning to change the bank account.

Very bad management! I can see it’s not just me, the whole review section is filled with such bad experiences. HO is in its own world and least bothered to address the issue. Staff starting from security guard to top are so clueless and arrogant. It’s the same set of staff who were treating us like king at the time opening the account and now even to get a simple information, we have to run 10 times from pillar to post. Looking forward to change the bank, done with being premium member

Cheapest mindset from ICICI HULIMAVU BRANCH STAFF, experienced by me during feb23 visit and that too being a corporate account holder for 2 decades. Can't say how bad it is for general retail customers.planning to switch to a better bank soon

Bank staff are lazy and taking so much time to finish work. They will be busy on mobile and has zero interest to serve customer

Your bank employees are very rude and lazy and one of your employee she is behaved like uneducated rowdy, spoke to me very rudely and I waited patiently for 2 hour's but i didn't get any solution very bad customer service, they are on their mobile the whole time i was in the bank, you need to improve your customer service and mainly behaviour, this is not acceptable for any other customer or human being

Worst experience with this branch, the security guard and RM Mr. Abhishek denied my entry in the branch. I asked them to please allow me to meet branch manager but they denied.

I am not sure how a Private bank can be so so poor in everything. Right from customer management to service to commutation to overall branch, everything is so poor. Can't believe they are below 3 and HQ is doing nothing to set this right, very surprising.

I wish I have a better branch near me so I don't need to visit here for anything ever.

Arrogant security you provide, Just asked him do you have cash in ATM when he was smoking, Reply was arrogant, Go and check told him that is not how you reply, He states what will you do lol. Keeping gundas as security, Make sure you check with the facilities there background before you give them Job.

I wish I could rate zero or negative. I went to branch to increase transaction amount limit since there is no online facility for corporate account. It has been more than a week now, still they themselves are not sure what is the procedure to do it. I am blocked From doing a major payment. I suggest customers to switch their bank rather than visiting the branch. It Will be faster.

Mr.pradeep as a branch manager always comes out to greet, help.his leadership in this branch as a manager amazing and appreciable.
Staff are helpful, polite and quick.

Wrost experience. Went to make payment for homeloan. No one there in loan department. Asked to wait and waited for 30mins and no use. Such a pain. This was at 10am.

The good thing about this bank is, the customers can find a bunch of educated illiterates. They work amazingly so well that when you ask a question, they'll ask 2-3 other employees to find out an answer. Their arrogance and rude behavior while responding to customers is top notch! Keep up the great work guys!

Update:
I see the same reply from ICICI bank for all reviews. How many times have you regretted so far by seeing pathetic reviews from customers? Have you taken any preventive measures so that the similar kind of incidents don't occur in future? Regretting doesn't make any sense if you're not even taking a minor step towards correction!

Wanted to enquire if there is Demat Services in your branch. I want to submit the off market slip for processing.

Tortoise would be more faster than this branch employees. Very bad customer service. No employees have full knowledge of there work. I would suggest to visit this branch to waste your day or time. So be choosy, before visiting the branch.
