ICICI Bank Dr Modi Hospital Road, Bangalore - Branch & ATM

Some lady Staffs are full of Attitude, and always using mobile phones not given proper solutions for some doubt.

Closes before 3 pm itself
Don't follow the timings at all
Staff and cashier won't be available few times

Very good bank interms of quick service. Staff is good and supports to address our queries. Several times I went there to take Bank statements for visa applications. They always supported and provided on time. I did not have similar happy experience with other ICICI branches (8th main Basaveswara Nagar or in Malleswaram main road).

ATM machines doesn't work. Staffs are irresponsible when enquired. Deputy Manager are of no help. Poor service

Mutilated (damage) notes are not exchange in this branch. Staff said if you really want to be exchange they asking 50% commission

The systems over here are slow since 1 year and the bank is least bothered as they don't suffer, only customers suffer. A 5minute transaction takes 30mins.

It was a very bad experience before but later on they traced issue and made my 10k back.thanks to Chetana and Branch Manager.
