ICICI Bank Gulbarga-Branch & ATM

Branch has to look into quality & fast services to customers, rather than trying to show off, especially people in authority. I had wasted my time going there for a request. Manager asks to change home branch to here, asking where I work etc, I don't know why.

Junior staffs are not trained well as due to their negligence my KYC is getting delayed/taking more than 4working days.pathetic

I have deposited the cash in ICICI Bank.transaction did not happened and there is no security guard in this atm.please tell me what to do next

Worst than govt offices. Lazy and arrogant staff. No value to customers time. Dont open account here

Worst employees had this bank definitely vanished with in two three years.
