Went to branch today for change of address for spouse. Staff was not at all interested in doing it and passed to next person with a frustration face. While doing the activity, was not ready to show the entered new address details. After repeated requests, it was shown and, when asked to correct something, it was denied mentioning the option is not possible in the system, which is tough to believe. Please appoint staff who are interested in doing job with minimum interest and accountability, and kindly educate the basics that a private bank staff should have basic customer handling etiquette.
I went to this branch for a re-kyc update as I was not able to do it online.
It was a friday and only 2 customers were there in the branch, and there were 5-7 employees roaming hear and there in the office doing nothing.
In order to get some one to attend me it took 45 minutes. They did not have any token system even though they claim to have single window system. They were able to attend the customer strolling in jumping the queue.
When I asked them do i need to submit photographs as well, they said they don't need it.they were able to submit the form without photograph.
Now to add salt to the wound I have recieved email from the branch asking me to submit 2 passport photograph in the branch.
It is a horrible and ludicrous experience with this ICICI branch. And the reson for it is lack of empathy and basic process awareness in employees of this branch.
Had very bad experience in this branch. Staffs are not interested to help customers they just divert you to other branches mentioning one or other reason. Wondering why mangement not taking any corrective action after so many negative reviews.
Simply pathetic! A simple case of debit card redespatch was not been addressed! It seemed that the staff was more helpless than customers, saying pl call th customer care no for resolution. Banker himself tried calling customer care but in vain! Guys pl donot waste your time!
In my 2 decades of interations with banks, never had such an embarassing experience like the one I had with ICICI, Harlur Road branch. They offered me a Personal Loan and since I had a time-bound requirement, I thought to avail the same and they have assured after the documentation, it will take hardly 3 days to process the same. Based on their "professional approach" I went ahead. Its been 2 weeks post the documentation and still they are taking me for a ride. Even after following up daily for pending formalities, after making me waiting for nearly 2 weeks, things taken a turn and ended up a nightmare for me. Now, in the 13th hour they are asking for all those premitive documents even a company won't ask a job-seeker. Please stay away from these shamless un-professionals. Think twice if you plan to approach this branch for any Loan. Whatever stated above is 100% true to my experience.
Definitely not a customer-friendly Branch at all. Good luck finding any help or guidance with your regular menial banking tasks. One star extra for the one lady who helped me out at last.
