Most Worst service
No Proper Guidance to clients
Playing with Customers by wasting time every time send me to changes
Very rude way of speaking with customer this not the right
Please remove this kind of staff
Speaking in way like- we will not service you do what u want and
Challenging me that how I will resolve my issue in your branch

1 OF Very worst branch.i'll suggest if you have account in this branch pl transfer.behavior of staff is very rude specially Assistance branch manager.if we complaint to manager he'll not take action against him.very poor in service.

ನಾನು ಹೊಸಕೋಟೆ ಬ್ರಾಂಚ್ ಐಸಿಐಸಿಐ ಬ್ಯಾಂಕ್ ಹಣವನ್ನು ಡಿಪಾಸಿಟ್ ಮಾಡುವುದಕ್ಕೆ ಹೋಗಿದ್ದೆ ಅಲ್ಲಿ ರಘು ಎಂಬ ಕೆಲಸಗಾರ ನನಗೆ ಸರಿಯಾಗಿ ರೆಸ್ಪಾನ್ಸ್ ಮಾಡಿಲ್ಲ ಅಷ್ಟಕ್ಕೂ ಅವನ ಬಿಹಾರ್ ಸರಿ ಇಲ್ಲ ನಾನು 90000 ಮಾಡುವುದಕ್ಕೆ ಬಂದಿದೆ ಇಲ್ಲ ನಿಮ್ದು ಸಣ್ಣ ಅಮೌಂಟು ಕ್ಯಾಶ್ ಡಿಪೋಸಿಟ್ ಮಾಡಿ ಅಂತ ಹೇಳಿದ್ದು ಆತ 800000 ಬಿಗ್ಗ ಮಾಡಿರೋದು ಮುಂದೆ ಕರೆಯುತ್ತಾನೆ ಅಂದರೆ ಅವನಿಗೆ ಬೇಕಾದರೂ ಮಾತ್ರ ರೆಸ್ಪಾನ್ಸ್ ಮಾಡುತ್ತಾನೆ ಆಮೇಲೆ ಏಕವಚನದಲ್ಲೇ ಮಾತಾಡುತ್ತಾನೆ ಇಂಥವನು ಬ್ಯಾಂಕಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಸರಿಯಾದ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಿ ಅಲ್ಲ.
ನಿಮ್ಮ ಅಕೌಂಟ್ ಅನ್ನು ಬ್ಲಾಕ್ ಮಾಡ್ತೀನಿ ಅಂತ ಕ್ಯಾನ್ಸಲ್ ಮಾಡ್ತೀನಿ ಅಂತ ಹೇಳಿದ್ದಾನೆ
Cash deposit the branch in icici bank hoskote. But one of the employee Raghu behaviour person. Wrong speech and costumers not respond.and any time headphone in the ear.totally very very bad person.
