ICICI Bank HSR Layout, Bangalore - Branch & ATM

One of the worst service i never experienced.morning I visited the ICICI Bank in HSR 27th road for equry.fast 1 hour I was sitting no one care about me I asked them twice is there anyone to help me but they denied. I got irritated and I got back and went away

Please those who concern person please tell them to provide proper service to the customers

Very unprofessional behaviour by the staff. Just wanted to open new sb account with requesting all the process to be hastened for professional purpose but instead they were putting false allegations and giving false notions about their commitment to customer service.
I was unfortunate enough to meet wrong person over there Mr Shivakumar and the lady bank manager itself who denied mistake on their part and they weren't apologetic either.
Pathetic personnel management with pretty good bank offers.
People do like services with minimum standards of professionalism

This bank is slow in processing Chequers, it took over 24 hours to send a message saying cheque is deposited. ICICI BANK, Coles road branch would have credited amount by this time.

This is not a correct location. The bank is at least 1.5 km away from this. Please don't put this in maps or ride hailing apps to come here.

This branch pull there shutters down at 2.30,3pm. Inspite of the working hours as mentioned on the branch board which says 4.30. Knocked the shutter multiple times still they were least bothered to respond. Pathetic branch and pathetic service. After having an account for a decade I really don’t want to continue with icici

I asked for past payment but manger don't know the process and crying to blaim bank they didn't provide training sir worst service

People will forget what you said, what you did, butwill never forget how you made them feel.

Before going to HSR layout ICICI branch, I went to Harluru ICICI branch to get a physical passbook.

Post entry I stood there waiting for couple of minutes, i eagerly looked at a person seated there, he ignored my presence royally, then the attender asked "Sir, what you need? ", not  the staff the attender, I told him my case.

Another lady officer said not happening today, the guy who prints passbooks is not here, so the procedure is to fill a form of requisition, i filled
and again the attender offered me his seat for me to sit and fill the form,
and then guy who ignored me said. Tomorrow. Why I wasted the 5 mins filling the form was beyond me.
Anyways i filled the form and they told I will be called and asked to come and collect it. No one called.till now whole day is passed.

And so for some reason I decided to go to HSR layout ICICI, I went in, asked is there a token system, a lady smiles and said No Sir what do you need?
I told my case, she said please be seated I will be with you in few minutes.

She took my registered number, then spoke to her colleague, Mr Dhiraj/Dheeraj, he gave me the passbook in flat 15 minutes.

And during that time he spoke about Loan transfer and Term Insurance, I will be taking that as well.

Excellent customer treatment, immediate resolution and response. This was I believe with everyone of the customers present there, not only me, as far as smiling faces seen with my own eyes.

Zameen aasman ka farak in branches within 5 Km distance.

Great experience in HSR layout branch and horrible one in Haraluru Branch. The most decent guy with little bit humanity and care at Harluru branch is the attender not the staff

Ill behaved staff, was totally rude and denied any help with my recurring deposit issue. Rather asked me to write a complaint email to icici.

Waited for 1 hour for bank statement need fast service very very slow response

Worst service@ HSR LAYOUT branch, i just asked for sign on bank statement at sharp 3.30 upon requesting it is for visa appointment, they were so rude and sent me back!

Never open a current account with this branch! The manager is rude and unhelpful, RMs don't pick up the phone and their bosses are just busy putting whatsapp status. They can't execute simple requests like address change, document processing, etc for months! The remittance department seems overloaded with work and if you expect them to communicate with you on any issues they feel bad! Sad plight of a famous bank lead by a poor leader Ms. Basu.

Illiterate & Ill informed staff. They told me the wrong process of updating adress in my bank account just because of their laziness. It was a simple process through another branch. Useless branch with inefficient staff

You better plan leave if you have work at this bank, because they usually takes time to do their simple work for hours

My car kept getting blacklisted at toll plazas. Asked my fastag bank, and they said your car has been blacklisted by icici. Called icici, turns out they issued a fastag for my car in the name of some random person. When I asked icici to close it, they said they can’t do anything since its issued to another phone number, not mine. So, they can help out an identity thief and open a fastag for them without getting any confirmation from me (car owner, phone number in RC), but they won’t help me. They can easily confirm I am the owner using all the documents they have. But no, why would they help someone trying to close an account. Would give negative stars if possible.

D &C issued post dated cheque for 4 laks, deposited on 18.4.22,19.4.22 cheque bounced, toll not cheque and memo not returned to my address, it amount to cause loss to me and illegal gain to his client priyadarshi Mishra D & C constructions. The one star rating is waste.
