ICICI Bank ITPL, Bangalore-Branch & ATM

Staff is not good. Today I have visited for small locker. They told that they have 7 lockers but u need to invest 5 lakhs for this. They did not given me complaint book also.

Had to go twice and was made to wait for 1 hour because the tab was not available at the branch and later they said it needs to be done manually and I need to visit again to submit the form.
Very unprofessional.

To enter this branch, the ITPL park reception is asking to Register with my Aadhar details. How can they ask such sensitive data? I came to open an Bank account. Anyway without going inside the park, I came out without getting my work done. I am sure like this Bank will lose many potential customers.

I had a wonderful experience at the ICICI ITPL branch on 29th April 2022. Before I visited the branch, I had checked the reviews online and was quite skeptical as I went to make a payment for a government challan. I had imagined a long wait time and lack of timely support (I was in need of urgent service as I had to reach the sub-registrar office the same day). I went in early at 10 AM (that must have definitely helped) and was immediately attended to by the Dy. Branch Manager, Mr. Siddeshi (posting the name with his permission). In less than 30 minutes, my request was attended to and all my doubts patiently clarified. I also recollect another customer who came in concerned about an issue and Mr. Siddeshi had immediately attended to her as well clarifying how it could be resolved. Based on that experience, I would like to believe the services at this branch may have improved with such empathetic bank staff providing personalised services to the customers. I hope all the staff models such behaviour and banking should be a pleasurable experience.

Parking issues for visitors. They charge 60rs for visitors parking and that too is far away from the bank

Have been to this place multiple times.
The staff & officers are very prompt & cooprative and always on their toes for any banking service one would need.
