ICICI Bank J P Nagar, 1st Phase Bangalore-Branch & ATM

Not worth having an account in this bank. All things are telling us to rectify with customer care only not even hearing the issues of the account holder. The staff are especially not fit for these services. They are busy with their own business in call or chatting overview.

Not recommended for the financial activities.

Wotst branch.
They are not providing passbook after requesting face to face.they told me after 2days we will call you and after that they didn't call back nor receiving my single call. I tried a lot. Branch manager was absent and deputy branch manager -Lady told me we will contact you. Some samiha or saniha was also there but she is not receiving my call too.

Worst icici bank Branch. Staff makes thier own guidelines about ID proof mandatory for cash deposit in account. No written notice/guidelines shown, they just say customer has to mandatorily submit ID proof photocopy for cash deposit in account. No RBI guidelines mention this, NO icici bank guidline support this act.
Harrasment to people, cash deposit which requires 2mins took 20mins.

Worst service. Requested for current account open. It's been 2weeks they said they are processing and will get back and nobody did. They don't know the procedure also. Delayed process I would say. They don't understand the urgency of customer when we say we want to process soon to open our firm. Where as when we connected with Axis bank they came to our home and processed within few min and gave current account number also. Shame on ICICI. I am closing my savings account also from here.

Note: Please do not respond to my review saying " This is not the experience we want you to face plz write it to so and so address. Please understand everyone has their own busy schedule. See the reviews and take action. First educate your bank people. Thanks!

Deposited cheque 4 days back and still not cleared, never seen a worst branch than this even sbi works better.

This is The worst ICICI BRANCH i have ever experienced in India for last 20 years as ICICI customer. Very Poor Customer Service. They don't care about customer. Rude Employees with no professionalism at all. Such branch is destroying ICICI bank image. They need to improve.

Staff helpful and fast response Priyanka mam (Gold loan) and Tejaswini mam (relationship manager) this mam very fast response.

I have more than 22 years of relation with ICICI Bank but I was literally surprised by the arrogant and over-aggressive behavior of the branch manager here. There was no customer focus, whatsoever, all in his behavior. I am a happy customer of ICICI Bank so far because of the customer focus policy that the bank has, which was summarily missing here. I wanted to introduce my daughter to the bank and open her account. But to my queries there were so many baseless counter arguments as if they were doing some favor on my by opening her account. Even after all this commotion there, they were hell bent on opening an account with Rs 50,000 minimum balance. Why on earth a student, who is just dependent on her pocket money, will open an account with Rs. 50,000 as minimum balance? Yes I did clarify that it was five zero fifty and not one five fifteen multiple times. Moreover, for every other thing the staff was just unaware as if they belong to some other bank and not ICICI Bank and kept asking either on phone or someone else about the details. Thanks to your indifferent attitude, she has opened an account with another bank.
My humble request to the bank is to learn trusting your depositors who trust you when depositing their hard earned money more than the one who take multi-billion loans and commit fraud. They way you scrutinize depositors and genuine customers requesting for loans, who have to submit collaterals, I wish you scrutinize them to avoid frauds of these mega scales and risk the hard earned money of the depositors!

It should be renamed.the HOUSE OF PAIN.absolutely careless staff.some trainees and some sales PPL keep moving around and acting like they are busy.indeed they are busy.busy doing NOTHIMG.customers wait patiently.manager dozes inside the AC room. You must go there on a Saturday and it's like a comedy movie. If anyone from icici reading this.u must hang your head in shame

20 min since I have come and no one to ask what is needed. Not the kind of service you expect when you have been associated with them for more than. 15 years

Worst and pathetic service.government banks are much much much better than this branch.customer service is 0 had to wait for long hours to get the work done and that too not completely done they treat customers like beggars.we deposit money in their banks to be treated as beggars.worst branch

Pathetic service. First time i was felt like i was in some govt bank. They are not ready to listen our queries also. We know that we can do most of the things in app. When apps are not helpful then only we got to bank. Again they ask us to use app only. Than what's the point of going to bank? Definitely this is not the way to deal with customers.

Pathetic service by ICICI especially this branch. Is that mandatory for a customer to visit the home branch for any issue. Not sure how the Bank Manager can be so irresponsible. They will be behind us to open an account or for any other reason. When we approach the branch they behave like.

There is NO facility to desposit CASH. No challans. Staff told use internet. In that case why staffs are working?
Staff are not supporting. Hopeless service.
How a common man approach this bank? BAD Experience.

It is more of big ATM those who sit there are confused and for every answer they need to check, very amateur people.
