Visited for couple of tasks. Liked service from Suresh krishnan who helped me with re kyc for my dormant account

This branch is not at all customer friendly. Bank timings on the website shows as 9: 30 AM to 4: 30 PM. I came to visit the branch to
collect my ATM card but security says bank gets closed at 3 pm. Which is too bad. I HAVE VISITED THE BRANCH TWICE TO COLLECT MY ATM CARD BUT IN VAIN

Worst service. I went to update the address in my account. These people are busy celebrating diwali.

Utterly useless branch.
No ownership.
No proper response.
No thinking of customers issue.
Staff are paid just to time pass in office.

Bank in first floor. Ofcourse lift facility is available atleast in this bank unlike icici direct Katriguppe whete bank is situated in first floor with lift facilities cility not working for several years

I reached the Bank at 4.00 pm and was told it loses by 3pm and wasn't allowed. However the website states its open till 4.30pm. If they have a revision isn't it basic courtesy to notify somewhere. Pathetic service!

If I had an option for zero stars, would have given. I went to this bank for a lose cheque for my university refund purposes. Noone helped me get one. The staff is unreliable and don't provide alternatives too.

Dnt tk icici bank car loan. After closing loan thy not issue NOC. Customer hv to go 3 to 4 time

When you go for a loan they will treat tou like a king, when you want to pre close it they make you run around, this was my 4 th visit to the branch, after clearing one loan a year back today i come to know that there is a small balance in that loan which i was never informed while clearing the amount, god knows how many more trips i will have to make to get my property documents back

I had very worst experience. Employees show so much of attitude and felt like they are lazy to do their work. I will end up with changing my branch or close my accounts later.

Worst demat service counter. No queue system. Waited for 1.5 hrs. With just 2 people ahead of me in queue

Hi Icici team, it’s really poor service and your staff is not responding at all. For an address change, should we wait for 10 days to get it done and still is yet to update. For other services I do not know what to say.

Poor service, made me to wait for almost 2 hrs for a Form c print out. Then I had come back home, took print out and submitted. (After submitting ppf partial withdrawal form). I have been waiting for 3 days. There is no proper response from the bank. Again asking me to wait one more day.

They didn’t solve your problems rather they make it more complicated and ensure you do not take bake your money from your card very pathetic service I never recommend this beach to anyone it’s just waste of time visiting here

Good branch in jayanagar 3rd block. Safe bank and Helpful for Money withdrawal and money deposits. Insta banking also available there. Staff behavior also okkkk.
Parking area is available there for 2 wheelers and also 4 wheelers. Always crowded on there and clean.

Poor customer service. Staff is clueless and are always trying to sell unwanted investment products.

Staffs are not well versed with their own bank services, for any request they suggest it should be done through online wherein online support team says it has to be done in branch.poor customer service

Horrible service. There is only one or two ppl in the bank who know the procedure for home loan payment.when these ppl are not present, the bank becomes helpless! Ideally the manager of the bank should step in and cover for them, but the manager seems to be useless and irresponsible.would never recommend anyone to take a loan from this bank or any ICICI bank in general!

Horribel and pathetic branch manager and her staff. Very arrogant lady Kinjal B, branch manager and her staff anupriya who is waste to the core. Unprofessional staff and don't know customer service, talks very rude and make you sick exepeience. Never deal with them and icici bank, big cheaters and loots your money.

The icic is not for banking.some ladies staff are busy in there mobiles.for emergency transaction they won't response for the customer.

The staff don't know the procedure for any operations. For demat account closure, we had to visit many times and every time different person and different inputs were asked. Still it is not done.

The bank is not suitable for banking sector.some staff are not fit full for banking they are busy in there own world.

This bank should be appropriately called "ic ic garbage bank ". They dont provide you any human being over the phone to talk to. The automated system puts you into an infinite loop. There is someone called relationship manager who is assigned to wealth banking customers.she is always missing in action.

They once blocked my credit card just before travel and i had to face a lot of issues because of it. I spent one whole day trying to reach them. No one contacted me.
Private sector banks are becoming more filthier than public sector banks in India.
God save customers

ICICI 3rd Block, worst branch, it will take 2 hours for per one RTGS. Problem is once i came out from bank RTGS failed amount returned to my account. Such kind of childish service and negligence results customer works stay delayed. There was not even crowded only 2 customers. Inside counter number 6 & 7 employees arguing each other. Really rude north Indian staff. Employees should know they are not only educated, lakhs of unemployment engineers and degree holders in India are jobless. So, customer is king first try to respect them. Fact, is ICICI BANK well established business so they no need to control staff and no need to give respect to customers. ICICI Bank customer support by phone you need 50 Rs.per call literally if you get any problem, so there is no Toll Free number. Least service shame on you ICICI and shame on this 3rd block branch. Unhappy with your service!

One Fastest and prompt banking service which I experienced. Especially Mr Deepak, needs a special mention.
