Pathetic branch, pathetic staff and knowledge.
We went to close our personal loan, they made us wait, then the staff at the teller counter called us, we told her our emi date is nearing by will they take that amount from account, if they do will they refund. Not only she didn't know the process, she ended up blaming us for not asking about it before getting the cheque ready from other and also gave us wrong information about emi deduction.
Then we spoke to our other loan RM from another bank. After that discussion we decided to deposit the cheque and go ahead with clearance, that was the time this lady set go to another branch
If that was the case she could have told us in the beginning, the other branch closes soon, how are we suppose to get it cleared.
She was not apologetic about giving wrong information and delaying our process.
Pathetic service, you will feel helpless if you come to this branch.

Encashment of matured FD did not happen even after waiting for an hour.
Moreover there was no cash to be withdrawn only had to be transfered to our own bank account.

Visited the branch to open a current account. Very poor staff support. Their don't give the right information or necessary support for the formalities even after several follow-ups. Don't recommend this branch.

Worst branch. They don't even respond to the queries of their customers. The cashier is everything here.even the person sitting in the manager's cabin asks the cashier about each and everything. They don't even know how to raise a request to assign a relationship manager pathetic.

I went to this branch after searchnig for jp nagar 5th phase branch. The staff helped me and verified my cheque and it got cleared in 2 days. Thanks for guiding me.
