Very poor customer service.visited branch to update mobile number 2 weeks back and still not reflecting the changes.they use a tab and most of the time it doesnt work. ICICI is going back to old banking days.they still dont realize the power of customers.
I went to the branch to open young star account for my 2 year old Son and I was asked to transfer Rs 51000 to open the account, which I did on 16th Sep 2023.
Post that the account opening was rejected three time and due to that I raised a request to close the account and asked to transfer back the money to original ICICI account but it's been more than 12 days since the request and the amount is still not credited to original account.
It's been more than a month and I have visited the branch multiple times and I see very pathetic service
Worst ever experience with this branch. There is no option to give half star otherwise i could have chosen that. Staff is very unprofessional and they don't want you to help by going extra mile. At first they will behave nice to you but from the second time when you need some help they will mis behave with you. I would suggest not to visit this branch. For the sake they provide their visiting card but when you try to reach out to them they will refuse to take your call. Overall very disappointing experience.
This branch doesn't have "customer service" in their policy.
Despite the correct address in records my debit card has been dispatched to a different city altogether and this branch can't even take the correction request properly but confirmed the request is raised.
The request was actually registered only after my next visit to the branch because the lady doesn't care to respond on phone and multiple messages.
Disappointing experience, employees are not present in the office during the office hours and when asked they simply said come back tomorrow, Had to travel to an other bank to get the work done. The second instance they are absolutely forcing the customers to take the CC, and when tried to open and savings account they simply rejected as it was not highest lockin amount one. Never suggest this banknor branch to do deposits.
Very disappointed with the service. The deputy manager has no willingness to help the customers despite holding the account with icici bank since more than 18 years. Lack of knowledge and rude behaviour. I hope the concerned authorities take some action to improve customer experience.
They can't do a simple kyc, I had to visit multiple branches and even then they are saying their website is not working. Specially deputy manager ilipsa is just pathetic, not helpfull at all.
Extremely bad service. Deputy Branch manager very rude, does not want to help customers. Branch manager at least is expected to hear the query and then address. He blatantly refuses to even hear the query. Pathetic service. Instead Harley branch is very helpful.
2nd visit to the branch for reactivation and they still have network issues, asking customers to revisit the branch later. On Saturday, there was printer problem and they sent office boy to get a form from another ICICI branch. Poor customer handling skills and took almost an hour to help me.
Branch employees are not following branch timings 9: 30 am to 3: 00 pm not been following. They are maintaining their timings as they wish. And very rude Manager, he is not customer friendly.
Absolutely unhelpful staff. Pathetic response to every query and horrible overall experience. The branch executives just dont want to work. A senior lady executive is extremely lazy, unhelpful and rude.
Icici should sack some of the executives at this branch location.
I request ICICI higher official seriously look into this branch operational activities.close this beach and save money.this branch employees doesn't even know their job role and they are not clear about their banking system.
