ICICI Bank Kasturi Nagar, Bangalore-Branch & ATM

They really dont know how to interact with customer and their response not at all good. I am realy unsatisfied with their attitude. I have good trust with icici bank, except this branch.

This branch people are so laid back and also communicate unprofessionally. I visited the branch to do kyc and they said i need to go to another branch because their biometric device is broken.the other branch people didn't have the device either.bit they were competent enough to do kyc using manual process. Kasturinagar branch didn't even know bypass process.they made me travel far and didn't even apologise for inconvenience
